Wonderful, mine doesn't sow the blue light after pressing 3 secs but it worked out after doing the factory reset with you.

Here's the deal. I literally just turned on and put my XM4 headphones on 5 minutes ago, and as I'm listening to videos, it turns off! Why does this happen sometimes its at 15 10 20 30 5 or even 2 minutes. This always happens. Why? I bought them brand new 6 months ago, and it has done this since day 1. i thought it would just fix but hasn't. Can you please help me with this
