Mario Multiverse is a game like Super Mario Maker. It's currently in a closed beta and sadly not available to everyone yet. I'll update everyone once a public release happens, but for now I'll continue to share levels made in the Mario Multiverse beta.

Mario Multiverse is looking incredible so far but that Troll Level definitely displays some concepts for just how scary Troll levels have the potential of being in the game.
For instance, I think the realization at 8:49 was the one that made my eyes kind of open wide in shock.
In Mario Maker you only got one sub area, so trolls had to get pretty creative to compact their troll mazes to make them uniquely annoying. Sure there could still be a seemingly endless amount of pointless rooms, death pipes, areas where you can't return upon entering, and hidden blocks with vines inside of them. But at the very least, trolls had to be careful about how they used their sub area.
With this, in Mario Multiverse, you have more sub areas that you're able to use, and this gives Trolls the ability to create entire sub areas that are completely pointless and throwaway. Which was kind of funny in this case, but has the potential to be used in some really mean ways.
In short: I can imagine troll mazes are going to be horrifying in this game.
I imagine there’ll be “fun” troll levels and they’ll be many more “terrible” troll levels. But trolls gonna troll either way.

Dear Darby, At the start of every Level you'll see your character doing some stuff such as picking and kicking up a shell, Spin, Twirl, Etc.
It shows you quickly what you can do before the level starts.

Honestly, I love New Super Mario Bros as it was my first proper Mario game and a good one at that, but there's something about how it's shown in this creator is unnerving. The slow motion probably has something to do with it, and the fact copying 3D models is more difficult than sprites.
Still, anticipating release for Mac!

In the first level the music is of super Mario bros wii in the jungle theme
My favorite boss was the Bowser battle from Super Mario World. It had a new concept and was more strategic. You had to memorize Bowser's attacks to survive. P.S The music you said was weird (clown car and bowser sections of lava level), I think it is from Super Mario 64.
I don't know if it's just me but the physics seem off. I wish they kept it to the standard super mario maker physics with their own twists (the spin jumps and wall jumps ect)
It does feel a bit different. Closer to SMB1 but mixed with the other games.
