Mario Multiverse is a fan game a lot like Super Mario Maker 1 & 2. It's currently in a closed beta and the beta server is full. Sadly there is no download or way to play the game yet. I can honestly say that all these styles look amazing imo, even the one's that aren't as great still have their charm, the level creators on this are also really good.

My favourite Mario game is…
2D: Mario world, the game looks beautiful
3D: Bowsers fury, one of the only 3D games I played. Because I never had a Nintendo console I just watched it, and when I finally got a Nintendo switch I could actually play Mario :D
NSMBU, SMB3, NSLU, SMW and NSMB2 are definitely my favourite 2D Mario games (SMB3 actually being my favourite NES game), also great video, I really want to try this game for myself when it releases (whenever that is lol) and hopefully doesn't get taken down.

Mario 3 and Mario Odyssey. Mario 3 has so many great levels, and Odyssey is a huge collectathon/fever dream of a game that never gets old.

I believe there are 3 types of the hearts system, 1 where getting hit with a power up takes away the power up & only takes health when getting hit without a power up, 1 where getting hit takes hearts instead of power ups & 1 where getting takes both, not sure if it's like that though
My favorite Mario game is Mario odyssey because it’s the best one ever and I even have a Cappy in real life like he’s on my head right now

Hi Darby! You can skip long text bubbles from Speech Points / NPCs / etc by pressing Left, Right, Left, Right on the arrow keys!

There is never gonna be a download link for Mario Multiverse. And that TRIGGERS me!
Also I have a TON of problems with this. Here's a few:
1. There's gonna be at least a BILLION 1-1 remakes (Give me a break!)
2. Stupidly difficult Little Timmy levels (Come on, this isn't fun!)
3. You're trying to get a powerup from a block but instead you get an enemy! (You probably know how much I HATE when that happens!)
4. Where on earth are all the 160 awesome Amiibo costumes?! (I wonder if there's a replacement for that, maybe playing as Luigi, Toad, or ofc Toadette. But anyways, what am I supposed to do with all of my Amiibo now?)
5. There's still a whole bunch of powerups missing, like where's the Ice Flower? Or Penguin Suit? Or Flying Squirrel Suit?!?!?! (I could go on for a while)
6. Have fun creating levels with the mouse. (Trust me when I say that I'll actually miss my Wii U GamePad.)
7. There is no specific way to search for a course! You have to know the ID for a specific course, which as you know, this 100% S U C K S !!!!!!!!!
8. I hope all of the items are unified for ALL of the game styles
9. I hope Online Multiplayer doesn't lag. (You know how much the online lag in SMM2 just drives me CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!)
10. Is it just me, or does the New Super Mario Bros. Wii style manage to look WORSE than New Super Mario Bros. 2?

I like how that nsmbds level was basicly 3 levens in 1, imagine this being done for a whole no save mario game
I think of all Mario titles my favorites are the RPGs and then sports and then the platformers.

OK, my favorite main Mario game is one many Mario fans hate, Super Mario Sunshine, because of the effort Nintendo put towards that game, of things that has yet to be seen in a later Mario game. I get the game's broken at times, and was rushed, but Nintendo tried stuff with that game that they never did again. Like, having an emphasis on story in a 3D Mario game, with voice acting. We've never seen Bowser have full voice acting before and after that game. It's the game that introduced Bowser Jr. to the Mario franchise, plus, it had a heavy amount of story put to it, without the need for Peach to once again for the 50 billionith time, within the first few seconds of a mainline Mario game. Usually when a Mario game starts, and Peach is in it, she's kidnapped within the first few seconds of the game being started. (or in Mario 64's case, before the game can even begin) In Sunshine she was actually set for her kidnapping later in the game. Something some non-mainline Mario games later on try to do the same as, with various degrees of forms and delayment of kidnapping. I swear though, main Mario canon Princess Peach, sucks at her job as a ruler of her Kingdom. She hires guards who can never do their job at all, to defend Peach from being kidnapped, leaving always Mario to get Peach back from being kidnapped. As he's more competent as someone who can save Peach, than the cowardly Toads that forms her group of guards, that don't even TRY to protect her. At least early Paper Mario games' Paper Peach, Peach actually did SOMETHING besides being a kidnapping plot device. In the first Paper Mario game, Peach would take her time as being kidnapped for a chance to deliver items to help Paper Mario rescue her. In TTYD, she would email Paper Mario to provide him with knowledge to help him. And in Super Paper Mario, she would actually help directly, as a playable character. If we are to not only include typical 2D and 3D Mario games, but also the RPGs, Paper Mario TTYD, is one of my favorite Mario games, despite it's many issues, what I like about it, is that, it expanded upon the existing RPG battle system from the first game, and improved the Badge System that Paper Mario 1 introduced to the series, and, was the last Paper Mario game to use that feature, and was the second to last Paper Mario game to have many unique NPCs, instead of copying and pasting the boring Toad model to act as different NPCs when they look exactly the same, and just including mainline Mario's characters, instead of how the N64 Paper Mario, and TTYD, brought back long dead characters of the Mario franchise, and created completely new characters. Excuse me if this comment is poorly written, I'm barely awake at time of writing... out of sleepiness...
My Favorite Mario Games would have to be New Super Mario Bros. for the DS and Super Paper Mario for the Wii.

I don't tend to go out anywhere on a saturday night... never mind to a place full of people and music... extreme social anxiety but I gotta push myself and thought this be a fun occassion to do that) and I'll be wearing this cool red/yellow Thriller jacket (the one he has from the werecat segment of the Thriller video) that I found in a charity shop a couple months ago so I guess I turning into MJ too. :O
