Same. I just bought one. The quick start sheet and the separate manual instructions do not help at all. I SIMPLY WANT TO LOWER THE TEMP 1 DEGREE IN THE FRESH FOOD SECTION. This video was very helpful. Thank you!

You have to go online to get the manual and it says absolutely nothing about how to use the controls. This video is invaluable as these types of digital controls are not self explanatory. Love most things about this refrigerator but absolutely hate these digital controls.
I have an intermittent problem of top part stop cooling while the bottom( freezer) works fine. Technician replaced the “ thermistor” & the refrigerator portion kept having same intermittent problem .. any suggestions as I can’t keep paying for incorrect diagnoses..& Part install
My control navigation panel shows a red triangle with an exclamation mark in the middle when any of the doors are opened and the ice maker only works occasionally. Any tips? Thanks
Thanks for the vid! The fan that brings cold air up into my fridge stopped working after a year of having it. I had a technician out for this issue a few months back and the day he came to replace it, the fan magically started working again. That was after a week without the fridge working. The issue has resumed without warning and i am at a loss. Whirlpool has taken zero responsibility for the issue and the repair is costly. I am at a loss and wondering if you have any suggestions? Anyone else experiencing this issue? When the tech was here he said the fridge is too new to even know if this is widespread with these models
Your issue sounds a lot like what my refrigerator is doing.. it’s intermittent and service replaced a part ( thermister) that did not fix the problem. I too am at loss and searching for answer

I’m mad I been trying to make ice all day!! It’s taken forever to freeze then when it did it wouldn’t drop unless I reset. Now it’s like the ice side of freezer is not freezing. Wth
According to the presenter (expert?), putting the refrigerator in vacation mode allows a user to raise the temperature to 30 degrees F. However, when I entered vacation mode on my unit, the highest setting I could achieve was 5 degrees F.
According to the video - freezer goes to 30. According to the manual the “fresh food compartment” automatically goes to 30. Confused. Will have to experiment. 🤔

@@margielewis8223 I contacted whirlpool and all they offered was a service call. The fridge isn’t even a year old yet. By the time I’d pay for a service call and parts I’d be out an easy $200 plus. We decided to just get one of those stick lights that you just push on and off. Crazy how they couldn’t just keep it simple like the older fridges, but then I guess they wouldn’t make as much money.

We were told by sales folks that we could convert one of the two lower chambers into a refrigerator. Seems like that isn't true?

The front door lights go off every 30 seconds? I lock it in F or C and all exterior led lights go off. Any assistance will be appreciated.

We have similar problem. We let the ice tray fill up and then turn ice maker off for several days. Then repeat. This has helped.

Bottom left has the ice maker and only a freezer, bottom right is convertible.

I think that could mean a door is not shut completely. The red triangle icon lights up whenever I open a door.
