    love this channel. I've been trying to learn korean for a very long time now (but not consistent). as i find it hard to understand especially, the vowels with similar sounds 😵🤣. but this channel is a game changer. it already taught me a lot, overnight. thank you for this chinggu hailey 💙

    @Hailey _Your Korean Friend I have a question regarding your pronounciation. There seems to have been a few asking the same questions, but there was never any response. Sometimes when you use N it sounds like you're saying D when pronouncing the word, for example Nabi, it sounds exactly like you're saying Dabi and it is a bit confusing for us beginners. Hope you can clarify! Many thanks.

    I'm a little confused when you say that butterfly in Korean is nabi (나비) but you pronounce it like dabi 🥺why?

    why when you said the word like butterfly {na pi} or who {nu gu} and the other why Im hear the "d" sound not the 'n" sound 😣. so I hear [dapi = buttrfly], [dugu = who]

      Korean consonants change based on the position they are in the word and which vowels are used. Koreans do not realize they do this. They dont hear a difference. Its sort of a linguistically constructed rule thats ingrained into them as children.

    Does Niun pronounce N and D both? Because you are pronouncing 나비 Dabi! But it should be Nabi!
