It wasn’t Jason Momoa but the prison guard was Colton Haynes.
I KNEW IT!!!
Yeah that was Colton Haynes. But that wasn't Jason Momoa. Slow the video down when he was punching the bag its someone that looks like Jason. But Jason is more taller and built.
@@Beast-uk1nb the original comment just said that…
OMG NO WONDER HE LOOKED FAMILIAR
But it was Jason
I love this collaboration of two artists that many thought were going to be “one hit wonders” that are are STILL here and breathing new life into rap/hip hop.
Yeah everything Chris said about homophobia in the black community is 100% truth HOWEVER HE LEFT OUT THE WHOLE RELIGIOUS PART. The Black community has a hell of a lot of religious people. And religious people sure know how to use their love and acceptance their religion is founded on to oust entire groups of people. And combined with what Chris said is why homophobia is deeply engrained in the black community. And it isn’t only men who are homophobic….women out here being all sorts of homophobic.
ohh yeah good shit
i find it funny that black people are even christian to begin with because we weren’t christians before the white man came to africa… Christianity is terrible thing for our community
@@dwnturn There are pro’s and cons of Christianity just like there is with every other religion. However that doesn’t make it a terrible thing. People turn to religion for many different reasons. This “terrible thing” has saved so many lives. And unfortunately some people within the community are very ignorant and close minded to today’s society, and so they use their religion as a defense or cover up for their flawed views on certain things. That being said, I am Christian, but I see no problem with lil nas or anything he’s doing. He’s not hurting anyone, he makes good music, and he’s very creative. You gotta respect it. There are things about Christianity that I don’t necessarily like or agree with, but I also don’t like or agree with people who aren’t christian always generalizing and assuming the worst. There’s ignorance on both sides for sure.
@@dwnturn Christianity has no race. It’s not a religion made by white people, black people etc.
@@zs_2390 that religion has "saved" less lives than it has taken... crusades, slavery, colonization...; all of these things were justified by the Church. It's not just ideological because it's a religion that has caused more than mental harm on the african diaspora.... You can't just excuse or justify the physical and tangible harm it has caused to millions of us...
Sexualization has been prevalent in the music industry for so long, the only reason it's a problem now is because someone got Bieber levels of fame and he happens to gay. I'm a straight dude and I love this song and Lil Nas X, dude makes good music and he's a genius with his marketing, he also couldn't give the mildest of fucks which makes it even better lmao
All these rappers up and down Sesame Street but now you wanna be like "THINK OF THE CHILDREN!" 🙄
I live in a bin
@@paqlallaqldifi122_7 not surprised
I love this song and this video. I love anyone that doesn't give a f**k and Lil Nas X is peak don't give a f**k. His songs are amazing and so are his videos. He's such a nice guy on top of everything. He's totally someone I wish I could be friends with. His creativity, bravery and sense of humor is so inspiring and I can't wait for his album to drop and beyond that I can't wait to see his whole career unfold. Great reaction guys as always, was hoping you guys would react to this today.
Not that every gay person is or will be like him, but his unapologetic attitude and refusal to cow to who and what straight people want him to be (or don't want him to be) will be a beacon of courage for young kids growing up who will feel proud and unashamed of whoever they become
😶
1:33 "It's the gay agenda. The gays do have an agenda and it's equal rights." Right to the point, respect!
@@timtam3730 then maybe ur parent should monitor what your sister watches a little more
@@timtam3730 also RUclips kids is def a thing
Tell me what rights a straight man has over a gay person? 😂 sjw af
@@user-jp3tp7fv1s the right to express themselves and not be heckled for being "too gay"
@@zewasplays are you dumb? That’s not a right, you and everyone who liked your comment need a reality check. So you are saying gay people don’t have the “right” to express themselves without being talked about but then you’d be taking away people’s “rights” to express themselves about things they aren’t ok with. So I’m sure you can see the complete hypocrisy in what you just said.
I have no problem with a person being gay. But as a straight man, gay stuff just grosses me out as it naturally should because I’m not gay. Gay people talk of equality, yet you don’t even care about how what you do affects others. But hey, forget everyone who is badly affected by it, so long as you’re happy right?
I feel Bad for Chris I know what it’s like having to explain everything.
This is by far the best and most substantial reaction vid I’ve seen thus far. It helps to have an international and educated audience. The bulk of the other reaction vids are terrified males covering their eyes like little girls at a horror movie. One gentleman was afraid to touch his own keyboard after he paused the shower scene. It’s so sad. Phobia = fear. So many men (and not a few women) shrieking “I’m wasn’t ready for THAT.” Well folks, ready or not, Lil Nas X and his crew are moving forward to make the world a friendlier place. Thanks !!!
do you really blame them for not being gay? So what if they wanna cover their eyes when a dude is dancing naked. Not everyone is comfortable with that shit try to understand that
I agree, those shrieking reactions were men showing their own weakness, not their strength.
holy shit this dude mentioning nelly's tipdrill!! Ive been using that video as an example of straight up porn being a music video in like 2003 or some shit as a comparison to how mild industry baby is!! he also did an amazing job of explaining eloquently the historical context surrounding black masculinity and its sensitivities.
Those trumpets sound regal. Nas X has the good beats.
He said on twitter that the trumpet sample was actually an autotuned fart lmao
the producers brought a real trumpet player for all the trumpet sections. those trumpet lines are stacked
It gives me strong HBCU marching band vibes.
Kanye produced it

When so many people have a problem with a music video for it having representation, you know it’s causing change.
Thanks for being allies, there are so many straight guys who are too insecure in themselves and so homophobic that they can’t even bring themselves to look at Male sexuality/bodies that aren’t theirs. ❤️
I don't think that's homophobia, if a straight conservative has a problem with W.A.P. or Anaconda does that mean he's not straight and insecure about his sexuality?
@@thebatmanwhoposts9600 Don't try, people like Dan B don't get it, they think everyone who dislikes something is insecure about the subject at hand. It's the only tangible argument for them.
I don't mind the music video at all, I don't mind gay people in the slightest. I just think some people have strange takes, like this dude. "You dislike this so you must be insecure." Sure. Or you know, their values are different and they simply don't agree. They can be in the wrong, but that doesn't mean they are insecure, you can be just simply WRONG as well.
@@jonteguy Thanks for not giving me the benefit of the doubt, especially when you’re quoting things that I didn’t say :P
I never said “dislike”, everyone has personal taste. What IS homophobic is literally having a fear of being seen as “gay” (inferring that would be a negative) to the point of not even being able to look in someone’s direction.
I’m basing this on what is evidential in reactions of platforms like RUclips, and personal experiences. I’m happy to have a discussion, but let’s use factual points rather than jumping to conclusions and pretences, because discourse becomes pointless and unproductive as a whole if the points being made are based on something untrue.
@@thebatmanwhoposts9600 In theory yes, but in reality heterophobia isn’t something that really exists. Similar to reverse racism (I.e. racism against white people is possible in theory, but if you look at the world we live in, there aren’t problems with white people being oppressed)
If anything queer people are usually more likely to support female sexuality, since both women and queer people are often targets of discrimination in regards to their freedom of expression. I use “Homophobia” referring to whatever narrative people have been taught, that causes them to not want to be seen even looking at anything “gay” (which is a phobia; irrational fear, since it has nothing to do with a persons sexuality to engage with others.)
@@jonteguy well said, if anything imo instantly jumping to "you're insecure if you don't like this" shows insecurity.
As if the idea of anyone not liking the same thing you do is unheard of and impossible. It shows a lack of maturity to understand not everyone feels the same way you do.
Yea I did not see this reaction coming but I’m 10000% loved this 😂 also the one guy finding out Miley Cyrus was really billy Ray Cyrus daughter on Hannah Montana 💀💀
One of the few mature and decent reaction to this
Been waiting for this reaction a while.
Lil Nas X puttin himself out there a lot these days..maintaining his autonomy despite the hate and backlash..dude’s got balls of steel. Respect.👏👏
even billy ray cyrus himself isnt that family friendly. neither is travis scott, who also did roblox concerts and is popular with kids. but people are silent on all these straight guys naturally...
Yeh being straight is wack at the moment apparently. 🤷♂️

Normies, I really enjoy watching your videos (Since Avatar the leyend of Aang/korra) coz you can really see things from a higher perspective AND it's awesome to see how you guys comment something AND then somone else from the group just steps in AND enriches the discussion. That's being smart, AND proves to me you are all well educated people. Respect!
Theres a few abandoned prisons around LA that get shot in a lot.
Love you guys a true inspiration for my channel!!
I like the metaphor that he isnt just escaping the lockup that is not being out of the closet he's taking all the homies with him
I love you guys you guys are so chill
I haven’t watched these guys in months. Thank you RUclips for recommending me this channel again.
Not sure if the courtyard scene is filmed at a prison, they do say this about the scene: “Christian Breslauer: “The prison location was our most ambitious day of the two. Choreography scenes in general take the most time to shoot and we only had an hour to shoot each one. We made it happen though, thanks to an Allstar crew.” “
I died at “Redband Version” LMAO
I think many people think they are parents, but they are not, they are people that have children. They should do their own parenting and not expect artists to do it, Hollywood stars, and music stars are not role models, you should be the role models for your children.
I didn’t even have thoughts on the song, but after this video it’s a bop
Loved the guys on the right reaction and the blonde In the middle was LIT haha at the end errbody got into it it was fun to watch haha sorry for the no punctuation
Could the folklore album be done?
Or just some few songs?
Finally, a channel that doesn’t pause the video for like 76 years during the shower scene
Nas deserves the best man. We need more people like Nas
The lyric is actually *"since i began yeh"* not "since i've been gay yeh".
Thanks for keeping it 100% real! Much appreciated! Loved your reaction and commentary!
WAS expecting this but also YES
"Dude Harem" YES
You gotta watch the intro video that was released before this. He was posting on social media before this was released, theres skits for this

Amazing song, mv, and reaction. uwu
I'm sad none of these reactions videos show people watching the prelude before the music video. They don't see the whole setup to the court scene :/
Before I even watched the video I was beginning to get the feeling that people were just mad because it's gay. He's simply doing all the same over the top shit that hetero rappers do, but gay.
Anyway, it's really not my deal. I've kind of lost interest in all that as I've grown up. I think the last over the top, hypersexual rap video I watched all the way through was the one for "Birthday Song" by 2-Chainz. Back when I was in college, about 8 years ago. Regardless of the video, the track has a bangin vibe and the mash up with Beat It is 🔥🔥🔥🔥.
