The problem... is that... my old gateway... didnt have sound... so for the 3 years I binged diablo II after school... too poor for internet...too dumb with program files.. I never had sound. What a joyous day it was to move somewhere nicer and reinstall! Seriously like playing a whole new game again! I love this!!!!!!!!!!
Matt Uelmen. I know it gets said a lot but his OST for Diablo was simply genius. I really wish Blizzard could retain him or at least the spirit of his music for the Diablo series. I honestly believe its one of, if not the most, iconic part of the franchise. All of the different unique instruments, not all symphonic. Ambient effects to create the atmosphere. I can just imagine him composing it and experimenting. It was a very deliberate creation made from passion, creativity and talent. I seriously hope that we get more great music like his. It's sad to think of how little of it exists. But then again, maybe that's what makes it special.

Diablo 4 , it seems it will bring something the closest to that at least , nothing like the music in D3 thats for sure . Would have been perfect if they could have worked with him but he is with the Torchlight team . I just wish he would do again dark ghotic horror music again , thats where he is the best at imo .
The music is the best part of Diablo 2 aside from the actual gameplay. I hear the opening score in my dreams. I've been playing Diablo 2 for 20+ years at this point and all of the music is so chillingly soothing, it's the strangest mixture of nostalgia and macabre. I could listen to the opening theme on repeat for eternity.

RUclips may be extremely popular and have a massive budget to expend on their Music division, but Spotify has a far superior product and, most importantly, user experience. I have access to every streaming and non-streaming service or system there is and only Spotify continues to provide the superior experience. YTMusic and Apple Music are close and definitely in the top 5, but Spotify always proves a better experience.

this is GREAT! such a great mix of chill and dark! LOVE IT! i only wish theyd done more of the classic d2 sound track, like the act 2 and 3 themes as well. i listened to so much of the soudtrack back in the day (not even counting the staggering hours playing the game). there are some pretty dope themes in d3 too. basically i want them to do ALL the diablo music in lofi style!
