    Thank you for this video! I have been trained by other managers in how to conduct interviews, yet I found this video to be more helpful- it organizes the interview process well.     I'm a manager at a fast food chain typically i don't get an hour to do interviews, most of the time i only have 10-20 minutes

    Interesting tidbit - Colorado USA requires employers to disclose the salary range in every job posting.

    I always wondered, what happens if we are the first filter of interviews and the interview is by phone. We already sent them the job description with the job duties and benefits by email. Is it necessary to mention them during the call? Also is there a difference 8?

    When you are attending an interview consider those who are conducting interviews are inferior in knowledge than you which could help strengthening your confidence even though interviewers are rich in knowledge than you
