The fact that the hunter is now playing against A10s and SU 25s show that we need more BRs
i bought the hunter fga9 after A10, i have 6 K:D with around 350 kills. The Joke is, it is still nearly the best BRd hunter out there after the new swiss one.

This was the plane that I would take out with 3 min ace games. Back when Korea & Spain were the only maps that we played and I could get 5+ kill games really quickly.
How is it weird? It has the wings and the guns and the airframe. It even has a flight model and engine, this looks lkke a normal plane.
Well actually the ailerons are what make it weird. Normally if you wanted to roll left on a conventional plane, the left aileron would go up, and the right aileron would go down. In this plane, it's the opposite, but the ailerons are also installed upside down to counteract this.

Back when covid was going on my friend convinced me to buy premium time and some vehicles to make the many hours I'd spend playing more worth it. Even though I haven't touched it in like a year, the FGA9 is still my most played vehicle by about 30 matches (followed by the F5C, and then another 100 matches down the 21 SMT). AIM9Es were perfect for killing braindead AV8 players, the 600 rounds allowed for great practice with aiming ADENs, and the reinforced airframe meant you could roll and turn without instantly ripping your wings off like in the Hunter F6. I really miss the pre-all aspect missile days...
My experience is similar but with the F1, started playing again early this year and hadnt played at all since theyd began adding missiles and supersonics so it had been a while. First match out and I got insta missiled by a G91 😂

i got the FGA9 back when it was added to the game but didn't use it too much back then since i played very casually so i didn't really get around to using it properly before the last half year and honestly even tho it isn't as good as it used to be i still feel like its an amazing aircraft, once you get the hang of it and learn your apponants at 9.3 you can pretty much dunk on anything in it regardless of it being a f104, f5c or a A10 etc. definitely my favorite plane so far :)
The Mig-19 is always a joy to see gameplay of so I would like it if you made another video on it
8:02 i swear, the first time i use the hunter f6, my biggest problem was the fact that it can't drop fuel like the f58. And that i can't dogfight they way i can in the f58. But after spading and playing it for a while, my problem comes back to it not having flares. It's just sad cuz i love the hunters. But the solo carry one is the german one.
I would enjoy a German Mig 19 video. Even with it being coverd so much an updated status of the plane video is always appreciated since the game changes so much.

Dealing with A-10s and SU-25s is the cherry on top of the shitcake that is currently 9.3. Thank you for covering this plane, I picked it up during the summer sale and quickly realized the painful situation the hunter is currently in. This plane is a perfect example of BR compression and shows that this issue desperately needs to be fixed.
I grinded the entire British tech tree 4 years ago with this thing.
Back then it was somewhat bearable...

We need a lot more brs and the A-10s and Su-25s to be at least 11.0.

Hmmm I just realised im running 1 Sneb rocket pods as flare... Does the AP Mk 2 attract missiles seeker better ? Because if its the same, I think the loadout I use as less drag detriments ?

I started grinding the UK TT a couple of years ago, I really wanted the Hunter F.6 and shredding the hell out of players with SRAAMs, long story short, those missiles are dog water and now I feel like I wasted time, just hope they drop ASRAAMs and AMRAAMs for the Tornado F.3 so my time will be rewarded :D
Perhaps consider flying the f3h or the f105d, haven't seen them on the channel yet.

please make another mig19S video, just got it kinda getting the handle of it but still I am unsure of what I should really use it as, sometimes dogfighting is godly, sometimes headons are godly and rarely the high altitude energy fighting tactic works for me. and yeah missiles. Can you play the J21A1 the first swedish plane with actual power in the engine and the guns but still for me atleast it fits a careful headon playstyle and clouds are your friend very funny playstyle cloud can hide you so you can setup a headon easily and also xp50 = scary do not headon unless only option

i would rally like a mig 19 video, i really like the aircraft.
I really like the FGA9 but I really feel it needs to be 9.0 or something. Its fast, reletively maneuverable but just lacks anything that deems it being at the BR its at. Fighting MiG 21s and other much, much better planes is just not fun.
They should move this hunter to 9.0 because I can’t be bothered to be the first one killed in every battle. I bloody earn 100 to 1000 rp every game and at the rate I’m getting rp it would take me ages to get any aircraft that I want to get

hunter fga9 has been powercrept into the earth core. The MiG19 is so much better and it's the same BR lol.
This thing used to be the king of air RB for the allies/Nato. Back then 9.7 was max tier and anything above would be hard locked into an uptier, meaning you always got to play 8.7-9.7. With the only real threat being something like a mig19. 😔
