@@omarmejia1183 Hi. You don't even need OBD device to replace front brakes. Because, when car is parked, only rear brakes are activated. Front brakes are released so you can easily remove them.

@TheMrKordunas hmmm ok now I know what you mean. But as I said, I didn't check all the options on device so I didn't encounter those messages. But I think in this case it would be a good option if you try to contact Ancel directly and describe this issue. They could have a solution from other people.
Great video, thanks for sharing. You did not change the disks. Audi specs says the max wearing is 2mm, i.e. 1mm per side. Yours seems about that consumed. Did you measure and is was less or do you think it's not really necessary to change them with just 2mm of wearing?
@@derkling yup, disks are still the same. To tell you the truth, I don't know specifications for disk ticknes but I took my car to dealership on inspectional service and they told me there is still plenty of meat on them. But once they tell me to replace them, I'm planning to upgrede to some performance disks.

Ej bok.

@@driz7895 it's not necessary because no air entered the system during the process. You need to bleed the system only when you change the brake fluid/oil.
But you push the brake piston back and for that you have to open the cap of the brake fluid reservoir because otherwise you compress the whole brake system under pressure and that’s not good
@@driz7895 correct, but I didn't open the bleed valve while pushing the pin in, so air didn't enter, and after pushing pin I also checked fluid level again and it was at the same level. If you install new caliper, then you need to bleed it in order to get oil inside and get the air out.
If you don't do anything with the bleeder screws at the caliper, and you don't do anything with brake lines, you don't need to bleed the brake system. Had he changed brake lines, say to stainless braided, then he would have needed to bleed the system.
