He addresses the Rihanna line, all the age insults, MGK complimenting him and dissing him at the same time, his mention of Hayley etc.. Eminem also spoke way more truth than MGK. Ems lines were way more clever too. MGK said the last time Em seen 8 miles was at home on the treadmill. "I was watching 8 mile on my Nordic Track". A nordic track is a treadmill. "The game's mine again and ain't nothin' changed but the locks So before I slay this bitch I, mwah, give Jade a kiss" The L.O.X was a Rap group back in the day. One of the members was Jadakiss. See the play on words.? Read the lyrics and you will understand that Rap Devil cannot compete lyrically with Killshot. You can argue that the beat and flow are better but no way the lyrics.

Dude you are just wrong on this one. Subdued beat, no hook, Eminem didn't write a song he wrote a diss track, he wrote a battle rap. It's wasn't about the song or the beat or the hook it was about the rap only and that's exactly what it's supposed to be about. Now Eminem threw in at least 10 different flow styles switching flawlessly without dropping the beat. I didnt like all of the flow styles but be sure as hell did it. The whole track Eminem treated MGK like a child, with kid gloves, like a stan, like a fanboy and like some beginner. This wasn't a killshot, you right about that. Eminem was just playing with him softly, just enough to beat him, show off his skill level, and bounce the ball back but not enough to discourage MGK or shut him down completely to where even a stupid person would know they can't compete. Eminem didn't come hard, he didn't get fired up. He was at quarter power at best. MGK if smart would pay attention to this if he's in Eminem's league and realize he can win right here. If he's stupid he will come back again with an even hotter "song" than rap devil and it's over. It's not about the beat, it's not about the hook, it's not about the auto tune, it's about the rap. Thats what a diss track or battle rap is about. It's already clear MGK doesn't understand rap culture, or "the rules", he's way out of his weight class. He makes a song for the club you can get hype to but its not a diss track or a battle rap and Eminem is just playing with him like he's a dumb kid and he's the adult and it's a teaching moment. I really enjoyed both diss tracks. However, Killshot is just a straight up a taunt. Of course it's done in Em's signature fashion of deep insults that require you to dissect the song. One of the many lines I missed was when Em said *"...this idiots boss pops pills and tells him he got skills. But Kells, the day you put out a hit's the day Diddy admits that he put the hit out that got Pac killed..."* This song was directed at more people than just MGK. Kelly won the checker match, Em won the chess game... Kelly wrote a single, Em wrote a death plot.

I think you missed the big picture Blacc… When Em asked was MGK’s track a death threat or a love letter is indicative of the fact that he doesn’t take his diss seriously + plus there was lots of juicy content in there that idk if went over your head. Furthermore when Em asked what’s a Machine Gun when it’s out of ammo is indicative of the fact that MGK literally took his best shot and has nothing left to say. Finally, take notice to the fact MGK has literally not even made any more hip hop since then nor responded. So when Em said MGK used his name as click bait and to enjoy this moment because it’s as big as he’s gonna get because Em had to give him a career to destroy it that’s probably the most scathing blow of anything said between either of them. I love both Em and MGK, and fuck with a lot of their stuff. MGKs diss felt a little off to me. The chorus was corny, and some disses were too tame. Besides that MGK put out a really good track. Took a lot of balls to diss Eminem back instead of taking it and leaving. I just wanted more attack from him, more bite. He tried to hard to make a song, not a diss track. Em's flow was a bit all over the place and it made it hard to get into it. I caught myself hype from just the beat in the beginning, and only started feeling Em's lyrics maybe a minute in. That's a minute of wasted time. I think I liked Em's track more for the beat since I couldn't vibe with his flow well enough. I wanted him all over the beat like he was in Not Alike for example. I personally can't see a clear winner right now. MGK bodied his song flow-wise but had weak lyrics, Em had stronger lyrics but didn't utilize his beat and flow properly to get his point across better. They both were good. I want to see another track from both of them (but that might not happen, who knows).

His attitude in general and it just became awkward to watch him in interviews because he seemed so defensive and bitter about everything. Then his EP was trash and I actually felt sorry for him.

For those that don’t know how it works... Eminem writes everything. Every rhyme or scheme or punch he thinks of he writes down; on anything. A piece of paper, a napkin, whatever. Good rappers have a lot of pre written material, and they can go back to it whenever they want and pick and choose what they want to pull out and use. It’s common sense. Did Eminem write that in 13min? Possibly. Did he free think from scratch without already having some ideas and rhyme schemes in mind? No. There’s still people who will believe anything they read.

Dude you are just wrong on this one. Subdued beat, no hook, Eminem didn't write a song he wrote a diss track, he wrote a battle rap. It's wasn't about the song or the beat or the hook it was about the rap only and that's exactly what it's supposed to be about.
Now Eminem threw in at least 10 different flow styles switching flawlessly without dropping the beat. I didnt like all of the flow styles but be sure as hell did it. The whole track Eminem treated MGK like a child, with kid gloves, like a stan, like a fanboy and like some beginner. This wasn't a killshot, you right about that. Eminem was just playing with him softly, just enough to beat him, show off his skill level, and bounce the ball back but not enough to discourage MGK or shut him down completely to where even a stupid person would know they can't compete.
Eminem didn't come hard, he didn't get fired up. He was at quarter power at best.
MGK if smart would pay attention to this if he's in Eminem's league and realize he can win right here. If he's stupid he will come back again with an even hotter "song" than rap devil and it's over. It's not about the beat, it's not about the hook, it's not about the auto tune, it's about the rap. Thats what a diss track or battle rap is about. It's already clear MGK doesn't understand rap culture, or "the rules", he's way out of his weight class. He makes a song for the club you can get hype to but its not a diss track or a battle rap and Eminem is just playing with him like he's a dumb kid and he's the adult and it's a teaching moment.
Eminem is 4 steps ahead of MGK it's clear if you pay attention. He's just setting a trap while making it possible for MGK to walk away from it. If MGK has another song up his sleeve and he pulls it out its gonna be clear he's an entertainer, but he's not a rapper and cetainly not on Eminem's level.
It's like Mayweather vs. Magregor, Magregor can fight but he's just not on the same level and Mayweather understands the technique, has the skills and knows what it takes to be the champ, and just danced around him tagging him while MacGregor kept charging in and dropping his hands. Knows the principles, but not well practiced in the fundamentals and techniques.

See, the reason I thought MGK’s diss was so bland is because the content was bland and Em had already poked fun at himself for it. The beat wasn’t sick enough to distract me from subpar content. I’ll be honest, this isn’t the hardest Em could’ve gone. I don’t think he put that much of an effort into it. I guarantee you he had that written in less than an hour. Still, content-wise Killshot destroys Rap Devil over and over. Em raps better and his bars are better and there’s nothing MGK can do about it. I think you missed the big picture Blacc… When Em asked was MGK’s track a death threat or a love letter is indicative of the fact that he doesn’t take his diss seriously + plus there was lots of juicy content in there that idk if went over your head. Furthermore when Em asked what’s a Machine Gun when it’s out of ammo is indicative of the fact that MGK literally took his best shot and has nothing left to say. Finally, take notice to the fact MGK has literally not even made any more hip hop since then nor responded. So when Em said MGK used his name as click bait and to enjoy this moment because it’s as big as he’s gonna get because Em had to give him a career to destroy it that’s probably the most scathing blow of anything said between either of them. I love both Em and MGK, and fuck with a lot of their stuff. MGKs diss felt a little off to me. The chorus was corny, and some disses were too tame. Besides that MGK put out a really good track. Took a lot of balls to diss Eminem back instead of taking it and leaving. I just wanted more attack from him, more bite. He tried to hard to make a song, not a diss track.
Em's flow was a bit all over the place and it made it hard to get into it. I caught myself hype from just the beat in the beginning, and only started feeling Em's lyrics maybe a minute in. That's a minute of wasted time. I think I liked Em's track more for the beat since I couldn't vibe with his flow well enough. I wanted him all over the beat like he was in Not Alike for example.
I personally can't see a clear winner right now. MGK bodied his song flow-wise but had weak lyrics, Em had stronger lyrics but didn't utilize his beat and flow properly to get his point across better. They both were good. I want to see another track from both of them (but that might not happen, who knows).
