I've been considering picking up an Ultimate Fallout 4, probably at a 9.6. So, your video analysis was timely and appreciated. I too have noticed that demand is still strong, but the plentiful supply combined with the market correction has made this book more affordable in high grade. #fanalytics
I love uf4 and syoer happy I got mine raw in polybag a few years ago for $90. It's just those census numbers that worry me a bit. Keep that demand strong! #FANALYTICS

#FANALYTICS I think at one time I had every book on this list before I decided to consolidate my larger single’s collection into a more curated collection. The only book I still have is a couple of the Jock cover set to send to CGC.
#FANALYTICS I have everything on your list, acquiring off the shelf and slabbing them. They are all 9.8 CGC. I truly believe with the moderns, that's the only grade since everyone walks into the store, gently picks up the book and sends in for slabbing. So, you see huge inventory. I've just been giving them to the grandkids for their rooms. The Batman Adventures 12 was a throw away for LCS so that little kids had something to read other than the more mature comics. I got my copy from the comic shop from the 25 cent bin (still scored the 9.8 WP).
UF4 in 9.8 CGC is the only modern book I have. But your top 10 made me think of maybe getting some more. Maybe😅. I don’t collect modern or variant books #fanalytics
