Episode 38 - English
Cemre is horrified to see reyhan motionless in water. Emir jumps in and saves reyhan and gives CPR to her.he takes her to their room.
Leyla gets a call and leaves to attend. Suheyla tells kemal if he was worried thinking layla would neglect masal, she know leyla wouldn't do that and her course is just for 2 days in a week. Kemal tells her he wasn't thinking about that.
Reyhan said she swallowed water. Emir told her to go to a doctor which she says no. She then tells emir to not to tell anyone about the incident coz she dont want to spoil suna's day. Emir tells her she shouldn't think about someone else in her condition, then tells her to chnage her wet clothes. Reyhan realized that she lost her wedding ring and ask emir to search it in the pool. Emir told her not to worry, its just a ring and he will buy her new. Reyhan said its not the same. He leaves telling her to change.
Kemal is sitting next to masal but his mind is wandering around layla. Layla comes back home. Masal goes to her nd said dad can't build a tower. Layla tells her he knw but today isn't his day. She then goes to help masal. Kemal asks if she has time for this. Layla said yes then she tells him she is so excited for tomorrow she can't contain her happiness. Soner calls layla, before answering the call she tells kemal soner is one of the teacher for the course she is taking. Kemal tells himself that now he is a teacher too..
(reymir reminiscence all their moments) Emir is confused and ask himself which one of is her true character... Leyla tells kemal, masal is asleep and she is going to bed. She tells him she is excited for tomorrow.not seeing any response she asks him if something is annoying him or did she made any mistake. Kemal tells her, he doesn't want her near soner, who cant b believed. He invented this course just to be closer to her and if she would leave that would make him happy. Layla's question about him being silent bring him back to reality. He said there is nothing..
Emir goes to see rayhan when he heard her coughing. He asks about her health and told her to wake him up if she needs anything. Reyhan tells him she doesn't know how to thank him, if he wasn't there.... Emir told her to stop thinking about it.
Layla speaking to herself: if he was worried thinking i would neglect masal i should shout through a loud speaker that she wouldn't do that to masal and she shouldn't spoil her mood thinking about it, then she lay down. Then she wakes up n thinks kemal has occupied her thoughts that she forgot to set up her security system and stand up to tie the ropes, then she decided not to use it and goes back to sleep.
Kemal is still working.he remember layla telling soner being one of the teacher. He thinks he is the most useless and wicked man he have ever seen.
Emir goes to check reyhan, he watches her sleeping and when she wakes up coughing, he pours water for her.
Safer comes to kitchen and search for something to eat before he leaves for his night job. Nigar comes in and start asks him question about not being at home last night. She smells perfume and ask him from where that smell came.he is trying to give her reasonings..
Next day emir came to reyhan's room and sees she sleeping. Sensing something is wrong he comes closer and leans beside her listening to her breath. Reyhan wakes up and gets up seeing him closer and asks what happened. He told her he was checking on her when he saw her breathing hard. He leaves telling her to call him if she needs something.
Emir is talking to someone about delivering goods at his office, then he gets zafer's call. Z asks him if he was planning new surprise. Emir tells him to arrange everything. Zafer playfully asks him for how many ppl. Emir tells him he love to ask questions which answer he knows and tell him to book a table for 2.suna was listening to this conversation, so is Nigar. Suna asks him about his plan, he leaves to office without entertaining her. Suna tells to herself that she knows he is planning that surprise for reyhan.
Nigar thinks this man has fallen in love and wonder what he sees in that peasant woman.
Melike brings breakfast for reyhan and told emir asked her to stay there until she finish her food :)
Cavidan comes to kitchen and yells at nigar for not giving her medicine on time. Nigar tells her she was bringing her medicine but she happen to hear something she would want to know and tells her about Emir's surprise for reyhan....
Sehriye tells leyla to have her breakfast. Seeing masal silent she asks whats wrong, so masal asks her if she wouldn't play with her anymore so leyla assured her they will play after she comes back. Sehriye asks leyla why she is wearing such weird clothes.leyla said she will change to another sweater. She tells no, she cant dress up like boys. Layla said she doesn't care about her look.sehrirye reminds her she is going to work in a company not any store, so she should dress up well, then she asks kemal's opinion. Kemal said she isnt going there to b a model but to develop her abilities. Sehriye murmur that she asked right man. Sehriye said they will go to shop some skirts n blouse which Layla refuses but masal makes her agree to go
Cemre is at the mansion as cavidan informed her about emir's plan. cavidan tells her to calm down. Cemre said she couldn't forget yet what she had seen yesterday, by the pool now she is telling emir is taking reyhan to date. They are confused why even after seeing the share paper emir is not doing anything. Cavidan says now they will shw him who she really is.
Cemre goes to meet reyhan and apologise for the pool accident. Reyhan said no worries they wouldn't talk about it. Suna comes there when cemre says she want to say something. Suna thanks reyhan for making her birthday special. She then tells her about emir's surprise plan. Cemre asks her what she would wear so reyhan said she would see something good from her dress. Cemre said no they will go to shop. Reyhan doesn't agree but Suna convinced her to go. Reyhan gets ready and while she is in bathroom cemre takes out her credit card n hides it.
Masal told kemal they did lots of shopping. Sehriye said they had to force layla to buy some dress. Masal gives a dress to layla n asked her to try it.
After a handful of shopping bags, cemre is putting all of it in trunk. Reyhan is still reluctant and told cemre they would return some dresses but cemre doesn't let her. she tells her to go home...
Sehriye and masal cheers when layla comes out wearing the dress.sehriye said she will read dua so she wouldn't get any evil eye. Masal tells kemal to look at leyla and when he turns he is in awe seeing her in a dress. Seeing his reaction layla said ya i know, i have told sehriye that it will not look good on me, so kemal said i didn't said anything. Soner calls her which irks kemal n goes upstairs. Sonal tells layla he is on the way and he would pick up her which she politely refuse. Sehriye and masal wish her good luck.
Cemre calls Emir and tells her she is tired after shopping so much. He mocks her if she was telling she is tired after shopping. Cemre said she went with reyhan and R forgot her credit card. She would have paid from her card but the bill exceeded the limit so she paid using his company card. Emir is surprised hearing about exceeded limit bill, he tells he will handle it.
Kemal is waiting for layla to arrive and thinks why she is late. He then calls her but disconnect thinking why should he care, she knows what is she doing. Layla is waiting for taxi. She thinks now Kemal got reason to yell at her for being late and as soon as she reach home he will kill her with his glare. Soner stops his car in front of her and offer her to drop but she said she would go. He tells her she wouldn't get any taxi at this hour so she accept his offer..
When emir comes home cavidan informs him, the manager of the store from they do the stopping has called and told about sending bill to him.
Emir said why they called her instead of contacting his office. She said that manager is son of her friend. Then she tell him why she was shopping so much and if someone heard about it what would they say.emir told her she may have bought the things she needed. Cavidan said yes she is daughter in law of tahrun so she should dress up accordingly., and left. Emir is confused with all this and thinks she really might be enjoying being a tahrun.
Soner asks layla if she likes fish. She said yes so he told her they would go have dinner at this restaurant where they serve best fish dishes and then he will drop her home. Layla said she can't. Soner asks why, if kemal would get angry. Layla said no, its masal, she wouldn't eat dinner without her.
Kemal is thinking its been 20 min late and where she has gone. Doorbell rings, sehriye open and says its a courier for him. When again doorbell rings he opens to see layla, with soner. Soner tells him its because of him she was late...
Reyhan sees emir in room and ask did he came early. Emir said he finished his work so came. He then gives her new ring coz she lost her wedding ring....

The thing I found annoying is how Reyhan almost drowned and yet Emir hadn’t ask or try to found out what happened? Sometimes the writers don’t make sense with the storylines!!!

I still look at this series without English subtitles. It was going good and I can feel the love he feels for Rehan. But for me in this episode, Emir spoiled what he feels for Rehan by say he will brake Rehan’s heart bc of the fake documents his mom and evil Cemre planned. OMG! What a chemistry between him and Reyhan, the way he looks and talks to her is so full of love.
I am hoping that he falls so much in love with her and do not hurt her or brake her heart. She is so pretty, kind and modest. why can’t he see good over evil Cemre and his mom. Would love to see this show ending with both together happily married.🙏🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
@devi tiwari when you grow up with a mother like that it's not easy to see what's good in front of you. He is confused but like you I hope he realizes that Reyhan is an angel and not like evil mom and Cemre.
What saddens me most that two people who love so much only spent a handful of months happy together before she died. For me I mourn the fact that so much of their love got wasted on fighting and mistrust caused by a mother who maybe loved/idolised her son too much thinking she is acting in his interest when the only thing she accomplished was causing him to suffer. No one can stop true love. All they can do is delay it for a while (The Princess Bride) and it is true of Emir and Reyhan - all the hurdles, all the test they had to overcome they passed it!

I'm disappointed that Reyhan isn't more suspicious of Cemre. I wouldn't trust that girl as far as I could throw her and the fact Reyhan thinks that Cemre isn't still in love with Emir and desperate to create misunderstandings between them baffles me. As does the fact Emir doesn't seem to recall that when he saw Reyhan unconscious in the pool, Cemre was just standing there, not attempting to rescue Reyhan or calling for help and she continued to just stand there and not call for help after he specifically told her to. He analyzes every little thing Reyhan does, but he doesn't notice something that was so obvious and blatant.

I would have preferred to see “Emir in a panic, his wife’s lifeless body in the pool, with gemre just standing by, not alerting anybody or trying to help and Emir yelling at her asking her how did it happen, did she push her in? being harsh with her.” He knows gemre had been rude and insulting towards Reyhan, instead, the scene was just flat, as if it was no big deal Reyhan nearly drowned! As for Reyhan, is she stupid to go out shopping with gemre the witch, who is evil like javiden and is beginning to look like her too! How did gemre know Reyhan had the credit card that she brazenly took out from Reyhan’s purse and hid it in the room? How did she shop without the card and “emptied out the bank account?” Emir should wonder why cemre called to tell him that and his mother repeat the same thing? In yesterday’s episode did Melek tell Emir that his mother misbehaved with Reyhan and she didn’t have anything to wear, that is why he ordered the outfit for her? If he knows how bad his mother is towards Reyhan, then he shouldn’t suspect his wife for being a gold digger, instead, he should question his mother and gemre.

I agree but you have to look at it from this point Emir has been portrayed to us as this hot headed rash man who dose not think when he is angry and his anger towards himself because he fell in love with ryhan is directed along his anger from his dad and ryhan for the marriage toward ryhan

I feel the way they make ryhan act is the problem! She was portrayed as this simple but smart and kind girl who wouldn’t allow people to step on her and every now and then we see this person but she still need more depth
Besides the dad knows his wife and what a social climber she is he should protect ryhan from her
Another thing is the company what kind of a respected company that dose not lock it’s important documents
lelolahi - true but he has also been very keen on his mom and Cemre’s unfair intentions toward Rayhan. He Even told Rayhan not to be worried about his mom because he trusts her and that should be all that matters. Now why this back and forth? How many times Rayhan has come through the fire and has proven that she is free from any lies and deceit? The writers should actually focus on how Emir knowing his wife, constantly unveil their vicious plots against them and let them both fall on their face for their mischief while him and Rayhan enjoy their bond and their love. I think that would have been a better storyline.

But I still like the way he thinks he is scheming his revenge by acting romantically! I think he is frustrated and this will lead him to fall more in love with her I can’t wait to see when all his plans backfire on him you can already see he is weakening when he is neer her his resolve is weakening every time as when he put the necklace and he smelled her perfume

He might get caught in his own net of schemes and even fall even deeper in love with her, but I would loved him more to act as a white knight, Shakespearean and all, ready to fall on sword for his love fighting the world for her. Like Boran Agha in Sila. Boran with all the schemes Sila threw his way, always stayed unwaveringly protective of Sila and at the end, he won her and her heart for life. To the writers of this show, you know what makes a show exciting? Character growth. The people here are pretty much the same exact people from the very beginning. Nothing changed about them. Hence, the story is going in circles.

Every attempt of a character to grow is squashed by the writers like Ryihan when she started to show she has a backbone after Emir accused her of cheating she was good and they had to slow her development by making her promise her Uncle in the hospital also Emir he is good in portraying the temperamental hero that acts without thinking when he started to change because of his feelings the shoved the relationship into the gutter by making him see the fake inheritance

I hated Kara sevda because of too much evil revenge hatred I couldn't take it anymore as if they were promoting evilness. So this show also there is no progress
@@lelolahi The inheritance paper was not fake. The uncle made it when he thought he was dying so the family does not kick out Reyhan. and Emir stay married to her but that back fired. The fake papers are the one that they show she received money before their marriage to marry him.

My big question is Where is the uncle in all of this? He knew this girl is going to face hardship from his wife and son, he thought this girl is patient and will take it. Then he put added responsibilities on her shoulders about hiding his sickness and being in hospital and now this so called incident, why he does not give the responsibility to one staff to watch and report to him about what is going on around Reyhan? Maleke able would have been perfect. He must have heard Reyhan fell in the pool , why he did not ask what , how , who? It does not make sense at all.

I understand that this is just a TV drama, however it really is getting on my nerves. The trailers for each episode pretty much only show the exciting part to keep you thinking that it will improve. The just is so frustrating how boring it is. When you look at real dramas that captivate you, there is character development. It is so hard to believe that this story can go round and round and be so flat as someone else commented. There is no emotion from Reyhan and that is OKAY if you can create the character. She is simple and grew up in a village however you act like she is going after money. WHAT MONEY?? Emir does nothing for her but buy a dress. He SWEARS to never touch her again and then his heart starts to get close but then stupid things happen with the mother in law and Cemre that are just so unbelievable. Try to add sex appeal for Reyhan so she is irresistible or something. Emir has this beautiful wife that he was forced to marry yet, he doesn’t even TRY to take her out on a date? Vacation? Please writers, build character. Have emotion. I am from the United States so I dont understand the culture but make the reality of the forced arrange marriage have a little more drama that doesn’t make the show go in circles and be flat. Siyah Beyaz Ask was INCREDIBLE. The character development was astonishing and their back and forth emotion and transformation of their love was believable. Reyhan is not some underage mouse that lives under a rock. She has been to some college and she must have more to say than stare. The episode could have been way better and this is a love hate relationship for me with this show. The characters are all in place and they are beautiful, NOW WRITE SOME BETTER story lines and add emotion. Emir needs to touch her, kiss her, she needs to push back and remind him he swore, He needs to fight to make her see him differently. Not just his bending at her bed and then being like....Ooops you caught me and run out of the room. The show will not be over if you create more love and sexual tension between them. Good God, he is thirty and has a beautiful wife. No man would be like.....nope I dont want to feel her close to my body,.......I’d rather go to work and look at a blank piece of paper. Get real, he would grab her and see if there was something there, otherwise have Reyhan enroll in the university and have her be thrown in the path of other men, just something instead of boring stares and evil plotting from a dumpy mom. It is getting boring. DEVELOP THE CHARACTERS!! Make Reyhan not available so that Emir wants her. NOBODY that is in their early 20’s sits in a bedroom playing with a bird that looks like Reyhan. Nobody does that. It is what a 12 year old would do.
And still we watch!!!
I think the writers are naive as well.. they need worldly writers who've lived and felt and experienced things.. I absolutely dislike Leyla's look as well..
My points exactly. He did not want her but first night he had no problem going in the room and sleep with her. They should have shown more of how he approached her in that room. It makes me so mad that he just kissed her a few times on the head and cheeks. The most intimate time they had was couple of times their faces came with in half an inch of each other then a phone call. Emir kisses Cemre on both cheecks when he sees her but he is just walks in and out of the room with out any gratitude or love but just stare. It is silly.

Our Cinderella Leyla looked beautiful ( and no boots lol) thanks to Nanny and Princess.( Nanny told Leyla she needed to dress up for the job ) Kemal was struck speechless after seeing her. Creepy guy manages to get Leyla in car with him ( he is a snake). Creepy guy makes his move. Trying to take Leyla to dinner. She refused, she has to get back to Princess.Creepy guy isnt happy, poor Kemal is waiting at home pacing. Watching the clock. Matters made worse by creepy guy bringing Leyla to the door.
Jerme is crazy. Standing by watching Reyhan drown after pushing her in! Emri jumps in and saves her, telling Jerme to call for ambulance. But she makes no move to call for help just like she made no moves to scream for help. She's what I called sociopath no conscience whatsoever. Emri perform CPR and the fact that he is actually doing mouth-to-mouth on Reyhan is upsetting Jerme. ( watch her face).

Emri carries Reyhan to the bedroom, checking on her through the night. In the morning he leans close to make sure she is breathing.
Jerme takes Reyhan out shopping. But first hids Reyhans credit card under the bed. Then when Reyhan cant find credit card she says oh let me pay its a gift. Reyhan tries to stop her from buying so much but crazy Jerme has a plan. After sending Reyhan home in Limo. Its a call to Emre...oh she is good ,telling Emri that Reyhan didnt have her credit card and she paid for everything telling him how much it cost. Like Reyhan borrowed the money ....( woman is a witch)
But I loved how Emri went and purchased a new wedding band for Reyhan. Her's was lost in pool during the attempted.

Loved him placing it on her finger. Im hoping he has changed his mind in regards to getting revenge on Reyhan. Hoping the near drowning has opened his eyes.. Oh course evil mother in law is hatching a plot too! Its a wait and see what she is planning.
Love seeing a jealous Kemal. Now he needs to protect Leyla and tell her he has feelings for her. Kemal has a sad back story. Married the wrong woman. His ex-wife tried to abort Princess. He stopped her. Leyla found Kemal's former cleaning lady while looking for Princess's mother. The woman said his ex wife was terrible to the baby. Refusing to feed her , leaving her hungry all day. Kemal went out of town for a business trip. While he was gone his ex-wife abandon the baby in the house for two full days and nights. That was the final straw for Kemal. Then the cleaning lady said she believed that exwife was abusing the baby. Said it was best if she was never left alone or near our Princess in the future. And that it was a good thing that the ex-wife moved abroad. So now we understand why he is so protective of Princess.
