I agree. I Don’t think the writers even intend for Reyhan and Emir to have any type of physical relationship. I think it is just a play with you emotion, will they or won’t they. It frustrating. Not even an oops we made love but we are mad. It would be absolutely terrible IF they actually did I consummate their marriage and she ends up pregnant. That would be the WORST. They are missing the romance and physical aspect of “The Promise”. If they skipped all that and then she is pregnant. In this episode when kemal and leyla went to have tea and see what happens when kemal look on the opposite side when one guy looking at leyla in a different look in his face...and what came up in kemals mind is for them to switch chair and it's very funny that when they both switched chair the same guy on the opposite switch his chair also.....this shows that kemal is in love with leyla but he us hiding out his feeling for her....😥😥😥

Is it really love? Come to think of it, they don't really have a real relationship at all, no idea of who they are as individuals because they don't really talk. Yet they have expectations of each other and sense of ownership (especially on the side of Emir) when they haven't really agreed to be fully committed on the marriage. If Emir is a real person, he is a toxic, obsessive dude who should be avoided at all cost.

My take: If drama is conflict, then this show is definitely a drama. Emir for starters is in complete conflict with himself. We see him struggle with obsessive thoughts, relentless and sometimes painful inaction, misplaced anger and a genuine failure to come to terms with his own feelings. Most women by now would have written him off and gone with his best friend - lol. I know it’s a soap opera and he’s handsome, so we forgive him…

My take: I believe this episode was a turning point for Emir. The mood is changing. Emir may have found his admiral purpose in life. His father once said that he had no real purpose and therefore he was mis-guided and needed an arranged marriage because that would fix him. LOL. So Emir moves six spaces and gets wife out of jail card - proceed to next episode.

I just don't know if they can still go back from where they left off. After all this misconstrued feeling followed by so much anger.. whatever has been said can be forgotten, however, the scar from the pain inflicted can't be erased. Physical pain heals but emotionally leaves a scar. Emir's aggressive behavior can be compared to a 9 yr old 😁
