Josh said that he was probably gonna get fired if he didn't leave on his own accord, then the next albums being so good made him really turn everything around. When he was about to rejoin the band Claudio and Travis took him out to dinner, then on the ride back showed him a few songs from The Afterman, and lied that they were for PFI before formally inviting him back. Claudio said he felt bad for lying, but Josh recognised they weren't PFI tracks.
