    I love the fact that no matter what someone does in facgce, it will sound like never meant. No matter what tempo, what notes, it will always sound like it and idk why

      ​@@elvien8701 I also think it's cause this tuning always seems to call for the top string doing 0-4-2, I also do this, not sure why, it's just what always happens with these open tunings

      Thanks man, honestly FL isn’t the most optimal for recording live instruments but I’ve been using it for like 7 years atp so I’ve gotten pretty comfortable with it

    lol the low quality visual loop of transportation glimpses you added to the track really adds to how the genre taps into a nostalgic division from the wonderment of youth. Reminds me of looking out a car window in the 90s, while listening to Four Minute Mile or The Power of Failing with cheap headphones and a Discman… nice touch.

      Had this bad boy for a while but I don’t use it often because it only stays in tune for a solid 3 minutes. I usually use it for alternate tunings and any time I need a little variety

      @@feezo do you have access to a work shop? If you can get a solid set of tuners, and level and crown the frets. You can literally make any guitar play really well.

    as a guy from the midwest who listens to a lot of this music, i've never heard the genre called 'midwest music'. acoustic indie-rock or math-rock maybe, justin vernon-ish maybe, but never midwest emo...probably just me.
