The Lesion nerf isn't a big deal imo. The increased refill timer is severe, but the GU mine's damage mostly comes from the ticks, and not the initial damage, and observation blockers will synergize better with his main ability. Taking away impacts won't affect him whatsoever, since most people use the secondary shotgun anyway. It's a kinda decent patch notes I think.
