The views, revenue, growth and just about everything will always fluctuate every month. Sometimes no matter what you do things are just out of your own control and can be dependent on like how much brands are willing to pay like how you said. The important thing is just that you stay consistent and driven to keep producing videos and the money and growth will even out and grow steadily over the long run
I agree, focus on the things I can control like learning how to make better videos, be consistent, etc, and hopefully the financial reward will follow. RUclips is definitely a long term platform

I definitely will! Like I talked about in the video I think it was really out of my control so can’t complain really! Views were there and saw growth, and that’s all I can do!

Hey Jess! I was wondering, when you posted your blow up video, how long did it take for the views to actually start increasing rapidly? Was it immediate or did it take a day or two? I have a video at 20K (our biggest so far) and it took a few days for it to finally start “blowing up.” I was wondering if this is common even for videos posted with almost 1 mil views at this point?
Yes, I didn’t get 20k overnight or anything like that. I was also much smaller than I am now. I got roughly 1k the first 24 hours which at the time was more than I’d ever gotten. But they just have been a steady flow since then, my views normally taper off but that one just hasn’t
