This was SOOO serendipitous! I was JUST about to get e new glasses prescription and buy contact lenses and prescription sunglasses. Now I know what I’ve been intuitively feeling lately by getting out on the trail at sunrise is confirmed. The early morning sunlight has been helping my sleep! But all the other light I’m exposed to seems to be canceling out those benefits. So this podcast came just at the right time. Thank you Rudy and Dr Anna!

I and my entire family are nearsighted and need eyeglasses to see. So what can I do to minimize blue light and circadian rhythms? My job is done on Office computer screens under florescent bright lights that gives me headaches sometimes, so what can be done there too? Where can I find blue blocking glasses that can help? Great podcast.
