Awesome ride! Thanks for taking us along! Downhill yields to uphill. There are places where if you have to stop on the uphill you simply can't restart. You have to go back down and start over or walk the rest of the way up. No enforcement, just based on courtesy.
Another good ride! I haven't yet watched all of your videos but I wonder if you talk about your bike in any of them? It would nice to know what you're riding in a given region.
I’ve only got one bike… Santa Cruz tallboy. I love it, works on such a large variety of trail for me…But yeah, someone wanted a gear video so I may make one of those for people curious
I know those LMNT packs don't have sugar, but for long rides I think its generally best to just leave your camel pack with water only and then fill your water bottle with water and supplements as needed. Keeps your camel pack clean and less problematic...food for thought!
I hear you, I clean mine out after every single ride so it’s not that much of an issue for me. And one packet to almost 2 liters of water is really a sweet spot for me, it’s not too overpowering.
Yea… here in CO, it’s a def yield to uphillers. Even yield to uphill hikers, IMO. So much effort to climb, so much harder to restart! The few times I’ve forgotten this rule, I’ve gotten shade and some angry feedback from the uphiller. When we were living in CA, the rule didn’t seem to apply as stringently
I think Uphillers must always yield or move to the side and let downhiller go. Hopefully the downhill trail is downhill only. Hikers are in the same boat. That's what bells are good for I guess. My bell says " get out of the way Laddie" ;-)~
The dog's paw at the end of the intro! 😜
Hahaha 😂
Yes, You should yield to the climbers. It's harder to go up hill, you can stop and easily go downhill. Love your videos.
Thank you! And yes, I know this now and I alway yield 😊 surprised to see some people don’t!

Mr e-biker should have made that tiny climb at the end! They always act like e-bikes can climb anything😆 That scenery really is epic!

Great ride and video
Thank you so much!
Great video 😃👏💖
Thank you 😊
I liked Scorpion too! I took a pretty good spill on it. Stalled out on a rock and then just tipped over, tumbling down the steep slope lol
Hahah…glad to hear you survived 😅 it’s literally my nightmare, so many cacti

It seems it’s different everywhere. In Arizona except Sedona it’s kind of a free for all it seems haha
Down hill yields up hill.
Scorpion plays like a diamond. You’d like carroll canyon to ridge
I’ll check that out next time in Sedona
Your loud hub just broke the speaker on my phone lol 😁 (I9 hub?)
I know it’s loud af... It’s ethirteen. Came stock on the tallboy
@@Sara.Jo.nice! It at least let’s people and snakes know to get the F out the way 😂

Is there a ride in Sedona for Christmas?
Maybe 🤷♀️ weather looks good (warm) still for at least another week
Do you ride ebike??
No I do not
