I literally tried this and bought a mini lathe on Amazon and hour later. Your patience is impressive
I could watch these videos for hours.
Your talent for hand fabricating parts is amazing. Keep up the great work and looking forward to the next video!!
Another amazing display of skill!
Amazing craftsmanship, great content.
Thank you.
It’s almost alive! Beautiful work as always!
It's not beautiful at all
7 minute video
Well done, thank you for this nice idea
Very cool i keep it in memory, it would be so much usefull for my futur projects !
This is insanely great!
Such fine work. Very nice
Seriously skillz on toast buddy 😉👌 A++++👍
I'm impressed!
Nice job 👍👍👍
Simply amazing 👏
Amazing great friend

Hi bro I am Indian RUclips your video amazing amazing amazing amazing 1000000000000000000000000000000 trillion time amazing
Awesome ty for sharing
satisfying video
Belo trabalho!
Most impressive.
Wow very nice
good💪, so much patience😉
Kkkkkkkkk
Pretty cool, but those extension slots in the aluminum tubes will not withstand very much torque before fatiguing, especially with the slop.
That’s why I’m making mine out of steel, it’s going to take longer and is going to be harder to make, but the payoff is worth it
Whoever gave thumbs down to this are just out to be dicks and are just mad that they have nothing cool to offer. I think this is just badass and should be on one of those "people are awesome" compilations. Round of applause to you sir. This inspires me for my 1/8th scale crawler 100% diy from scratch build big time! So thank you
Thanks subscribed
Awesome
That' so cool
Beautifull job 🙌 you male a shaft for my CJ7 😂
you show that a person can do everything with the parts in his hand if he really wants to do..👍👍
Cold rolled steel or stainless steel ?
Very nice. You definitely have patience.
nice 👍
Don't you make a heat treatment ?
Cool
how did you get the pins to stay?
Everyone talking about the aluminum failing and this and that. He's got a wood frame. I doubt this is gonna be built to be fast or beat out. Just enjoy the fabrication and the time put into it.
Cvd
Nice talented osam etc.
Is that aluminium?
Metal or steel, Which one is stronger
👍👍👍Rio-Brasil
The diff is hard mounted to the chassis in your case so there's no point in having variable length driveshaft.
How we can buy the aluminium rod and pipe for making cv axle rc car shaft 😶
What material is it?
oh yes this is how I make mine, too, where by ‘mine’ I mean crudely sharpened sticks. doesn’t everyone?
Grinder and precision drill will save you 2 days.
Incredible work here!
I get it now... this is like Soft-Core-Porn for designers and makers! Lol nice!
Gonna have to work on that "money-shot" though.
You got some serious skills
Are you an engineer?
No he's not! A real engineer wouldnt opt for aluminium for a driveshaft 🤣
Yeah it looks clever and would get you out of trouble if you needed one quickly but this isnt a real engineers work
Najs 👍
Wenn man Zeit hat...
Can people really move that slowly?
Great work , but couldn't eliminate shaft wobble around its axis !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
can u make me a 76mm dogbone
Mostra o tamanho da caranga
Nice as prototypes but way to loose fitting and not running straight which will cause wobbling n wear out parts faster...
I thought that was called hand made integrity
Needs a ton of lubrication, which will get dirty. Not sure this has any useful application
I don't understand what you did in 2:50-3:25
Well, kind of like R/C car dogbones. Should at least drilled in a press. Even a harbor freight would of been enough good for that size.
That aluminium ball joint wont last 5 minutes!
Konstantin don't need no stinking lathe...…..
👋🏻👍💯🔥🔥
If i went through all that hard work and it broke... i would not be a happy camper.
i can do part of the work on my lathe so im not spending 3 months filing a ball on the end of a steel shaft. i dont think aluminum would hold up to a 50cc engine.
Why all this handwork?
Why not
to show what you can do with basic tools,if your hands are growing right...
Or you could just go buy MIP cvd's, that are hardened steel, and have had this patent for, i dont know, 10-15 years.
weel don
Motor cycle plase
Cool
