Just start with mixing pasturised egg whites and icing sugar and once it reaches the perfect consistency mix in the butter

Do your customers get your cakes by collection or do they get it sent to them directly?

It’s safe when making Swiss or Italian merengue as heating egg whites up helps to kill the bacteria but I just prefer to be extra safe and choose pasteurised egg whites 😊

I do have a separate fridge and freezer but I didn’t have one when just started ☺️ bought it about a year ago. You don’t need to have one!
