OMG IT WORKED!!!! I really can't afford to set on a shop again right now. You just saved my ass with this trick. Got a paper clip from the clerk at flying J. Thank you so much. I'm gonna have a drink for you when I get my next home time.
Thank you Jesse. I was pulling my hair out and nobody has the new switches to put in there. They're on back order in the whole country. I was gonna tell him they're gonna have to give me another truck. I'll try the paper clip it looks like it works
Started a new job. That alarm goes off and on randomly but there appears to be no actual problem. Haven't had to drive a Freightliner in over a decade. I hope this helps.
Moisture in the system is what F's up these sensors. Drain tanks regularly and also replace your air dryer when needed. Supposed to be every 100k mi but you may want to do sooner. I recently replaced mine. Very wet, lots of water under there. Also the new Cascadia dryer canisters are tricky from WABCO. The threads are very slightly different. Made in Germany and is $80 vs the cheaper $20 that has almost same threads. Another bad thing that could happen if you dont change your dryer in time is after a while the dryer internals start to come apart and puke it's guts into the housing assembly that it screws to. The problem is that underneath is where the air purge valve assembly is. If you don't catch it in time you may have to replace the whole unit or rebuild the air purge valve. It's a pita on the Cascadias. The unit pops right in & out on other trucks with a C-clip. Don't know why they didn't make it that simple. GL.
When I'm driving, the beat voice is constant. It says, heartbreak engaged, would that be the same if I add it that little piece of wire To make it stop beeping and showing up park brake engaged while i'm driving
Just had to have that same sensor replaced for the same issue. It took two trips to the dealership to fix at two different locations. Make sure you drain your tanks regularly that was the culprit from was I was told.
Let it go. You don't know if he was on break, he could be home, about to shower or anything. He's helping people solve issues and you're worried about his shoes 👎🏿

Thanks driver for good advice
My truck does this all the time. Took to dealer and they replaced the sensor but it still happens. I'm considering disconnecting the beeper.

Was this clip plast or metal?
Must be metal in order to do the bridge
Use metal plastic won’t work. I hope it works for you
What happens if you leave the bridge? Could any other component be damaged? excellent video. Greetings
No, no damage to others components
Thank you
Nothing happens but I suggest to replace it . It’s not expensive.
Do u drain air tanks by pressing brake pedal to 0 psi, or by pulling cables on air tanks?
Drain your air tanks it has water in them
Tanks are dry no water inside
Already tried that.
Thank you so much for your comment. Good bless
How do u drain the tanks?
If this works, thank you in advance
Real truckers don’t wear flip flops

Real truckers don’t take a look on stupids things . Real truckers help others instead of look what they are wearing . . 😅
