Hi @Cristian C , 156 or 200 would be fine. Depends on the design you are printing as well. If it was just text like the design in this video... all good with 156 or 200!
Thanks for the comment! We don't print ourselves, but spread the knowledge and supplies to do so! If you need a printer, check out our screen printer directory: www.screenprinting.com/tools/screen-printing-shops
Great question! You would want to use the Livingston Hat Champ with a special fitting seen here: ruclips.net/video/3k1zYdqC2KU/видео.html You could also make a custom jig!
Hi @Chí Trung Phạm! Ryan was using the Green Galaxy Fusion system in this video. www.screenprinting.com/products/green-galaxy-fusion-pms-mixing-system-quarts Hope this helps.
Não, eles só envia para o Brasil acima de um valor X que não lembro quanto era, você quer comprar também? Podíamos juntar outras pessoas e fazer um pacote.
Can you recommend a shop, or anyone for that matter who can do super detailed/intricate screen prints on hats? I'm having a very difficult time finding the right person/shop who cam give me an honest yes or no on my design.
I don’t have a recommendation for you but all ima say is good luck 😂. Many shops don’t have the right equipment to make super detailed hats. Doing incredibly super detailed hats is a pain in the ass and even just a small white lettering can be a difficult problem sometimes
+Ryonet i cant find it by that link. There no products like this. I also cant find distributors on - www.screenprinting.co.uk/support/country-distributors. Can you help me? Maybe you have some online store, or page on ebay or another online marketplace with worldwide delivery? p.s. sorry for my english

+Flavio Andrade Great question! Please email your question to international@ryonet.com and we will be glad to help you :)

+Muhammad Raditz At that part of the video, Ryan is flash curing the print. Essentially hitting the ink with heat to dry/cure the ink.

Sekushii Adamina www.screenprinting.com/search?keywords=hat%20champ
Ryonet I clicked the link, "WE COULDN'T FIND ANY ITEMS THAT MATCH "HAT CHAMP"
View by: 0 Products"
that's weird I am getting results for that search, what kind of press do you have?
Ryonet Riley Hopkins JR. 6-color, 2-station Tabletop Press
Sekushii Adamina www.screenprinting.com/hat-champ-for-screen-printing-caps_riley_hopkins
How can you remove the screen printing from the hat?
Once the ink is cured, it's permanently adhered to the hat!
Do you print hats for people?

You should open a distribution center in Europe.
Pedro Vieira check out screenprinting.co.uk for a list of all our distributors in Europe.
Ryonet Daveroper is way too expensive, comparing to Ryonet prices plus the shipping fee is absurd, and Luminol does not have the green galaxy inks.
Pedro Vieira you can always email intsales@ryonet.com if you have any questions about international sales. =)
my dad has a press and I'm going to screen print a hat that says "big fat bitch" for my friend
Could you do a hat for Me?
wow hi cud put my name on my cap
+Andrade Green For sure!
I thought this was Rob gronkowski at first sight 🤦🏽♂️
they put the background (more like upfront) music to irritate the viewers
Yeah that Hat clamp would ruin the type of caps I like to wear.
Please speak more slowly!
We can try! Thanks for watching!
where to get that plug?
I'm not totally sure what you mean by "plug". Can you give more details so we can help better? TY!
