How's your electric bill with your conveyer belt and flash dryer? I know those pieces of equipment require a lot of electricity did you have to have an electrician alter your outlets?
This was Awesome!! Thanks......I'm screening right now, and always wondered about heat pressing shirts after running them through the conveyor.....just the tricky white on a dark shirt to make sure....make really sure....lol....I actually pressed one for 30 sec. with teflon sheet, and DID notice it was shiny......After finding your video - I just learned that by putting a transfer sheet under the teflon would take that sheen away.......Brilliant!!....Thanks
Man this is a big help for real. I wanted to start a small screen printing but didn’t know what works and what didn’t. Thanks for the tip bro. I also love your work. I’m from Fort Worth Texas.
Muchas gracias! Bien completo el tutorial. Y lo mas importante, la lección de que todo es acerca de la eficiencia en el proceso, pues "time is money". Excelente trabajo!!
So glad I found your channel! I don’t have space for a dryer at the moment and needed an alternate way to dry my shirts ASAP. I never would have thought to use the heat press I already had! #Subscribed✅
Thanks for the videos i have had a screen printing kit i bought for my wife about 2 years ago. I was having shirst made for my RUclips channel but the cost of them really was to much to try to sell them and make a profit so i decided to use the kit to mkae shirts for my self after watching a bunch of your videos i finally did it today and i have to say for the frist time it turned out pretty good the very first screen i did had a few small spots where the emulsion didnt clean off but it kind of worked out it gave it a vintage look so i still see it as a win!. Do you have any videos on cleaning and reusing screens for diffrent projects. I will be ordering some new screens but i seen the emulsion can be removed and the screen can be used for other projects
Hey mylo! I got a question about cureing the print with the heat press, do you pre heat the ink first? with like a heat gun or letting the press float over it so its a bit dry? or do you just press it right away? Dosent the ink get stuck on the teflon sheet if you go directly from the screen press to the heat press? Or am i just dumb? 😅🤣🤣 You got a great channel and vids! Im on my way to start my own buisness here in sweden 😁💪
I am planning on starting my own brand and do not know which model printer to go with. I have $5000 as a budget for startup. It would be cool if you did a video with your top 3 recommendations and why. I want to make shirts, hoodies, spandex, and fitness attire. Not sure if there is a machine that is able to do all of those, but it’s been hard to conclude what is best to start with.
What’s up brother hey I’m just starting kinda just an addition to my wood working I have a question I was wondering after you burn your screen can you reuse the picture that you printed from the printer? I have a Epson XP 4105 just a question I just wasn’t sure if I should be keeping these, or tossing them.
Hello had a question. On some of our screen printed screen. Noticed side of the logo we used wash out but most of it was on there. Does that mean side of shirt didnt heat all the way past 320° and need to put more towards center of heating belt
That is so cool gee thanks for all the info. I have a Roland Bn-20 but I really want to do screen printing but that’s in some time till I have the money to buy one.but thanks for the info
one question, If I want to cure ink in heat transfer machine, Do I need to dry ink first with heat gun and then put into heat transfer machine OR I can put it directly into heat transfer machine ?
Hi, thanks for sharing. How do you create a stencil for your design ? My daughter draws these cute characters that would be cool for a children’s shirt line. But how do I transfer her drawing off the ipad to a stencil ? Thank you in advance
Hey Mylo great video!! Question thou… since I’m using my heat press to cure my t-shirts in the end, what would I use for a 2 -3 color or more tshirt in between prints? Do I need a flash dryer between prints Or use a heat gun? because I know I can’t use a heatpress between prints…

Hi mate, can you tell me what paper you used for the non-glossy result? I understood teflon paper makes the print shiny and I don’t want that. Wasn’t quite able to understand that slight mumble about how to not get a shiny print, sorry and thanks for the help🙂
Hi. What is the best mesh you think or feel can print almost anything? I have 110 and it seems the paint goes on very thin, like almost old and or faded looking. Also do you still use the 375 adhesive spray? Or did you find something better?

Hopefully these tips help and don’t be afraid to ask anything in the comments. Thank you have a beautiful day and God Bless ❤️
how much electricity is consumed by flash dryer for 1 hr of splitted use?
When you used the heat press with the teflon paper, did you have to let the ink air dry first or just take it straight from printing to the press?
Could you use teflon paper and an iron to do this?

You do a stretch test …
Can i use a easypress 2 to cure? also i seen LED light in a printing kit, what is that used for?
Yes you can .. it has to be plastisol ink, Led light. Is to expose your images on your designs

Thank you, That was very helpful.
Great video! Do you wash your shirts before sending them out?
That’s a no. Definitely No lolz
So happy that you made your YT channel. I'm having in issue where after I burn my screen and then wash it I start loosing some of the image. Am I washing it too long or did I not cure it long enough?
Yes that’s the most challenging thing in the beginning. Will definitely have a video on exposing your screens soon
Leave your screen longer when exposing your screen if you haven't figured it out by now. 😊
how are you printing your designs?
On the film ?
Hi there , I got a question. When using the bbc flasher, how many seconds do you leave the shirt under the heat????
Does the most expensive way will shrink the shirt?
It's a great video, thanks! Now, based on your own experience, how long, how many wash cycles, do shirts printed like that last?
Can you cure Tshirt using a clothes iron? By using little circle motions so not to scorch?
what heat press do you use
Hey, looking to start printing too! What heat press do you recommend?
Thank you for the information. Great videos
About cured the ink with the sun light and them through in the dryer
Que tengo que aser para que la ink no se traspase por dentro
Por dentro the la camisa ?
Hi mate, can you tell me what paper you used for the non-glossy result?
I understood teflon paper makes the print shiny and I don’t want that.
Wasn’t quite able to understand that slight mumble about how to not get a shiny print, sorry and thanks for the help🙂
I think he said "transfer paper" - I have a roll of this but can't remember what kind of store stocks it!
Hi. What is the best mesh you think or feel can print almost anything?
