I'm still getting indentation on DTF. Am I using too much heat and/or pressure? Just getting started in making foam truckers.

Fantastic video the same thing happened to me on my first sublimation hat lol... Now I do transfers and vinyl

I know it’s been 7 months but how well does heat transferring vinyl work on foam truckers?

@akbar11 it works really nice because it can be applied with lower heat and far less time. Dtf is great too only 15 seconds at 310

What size platen is best for the foam trucker hats??

What was your finial temp then for the sublimation?
I heard 30 seconds for the time, 1 for the pressure.

Ultra Color Max is the best application on the foam trucker. Don't even play with sublimation.
