I've been using aloe vera juice as my liquid base and it works well! I don't have all those herbs but I'll be using the fenugreek and peppermint oil along with aloe vera juice. This tea challenge is going by fast!😅
Aloe is bomb as the base!! Use what you have dear, I understand everyone doesn’t have all the herbs
Just made mine and didn't have rosemary. I substituted rosemary with hibiscus.

I like this … one quick question… can I still add the clove even w/ the Rosemary?? I hate the smell of Rosemary I smell like a shrub it’s so strong & lingering… I guess that’s why we use the peppermint EO
Yes you can use both or you don’t have to use rosemary

Hi Michelle, for the past 9 weeks I have been swimming in a chlorine pool and I now swim 5 days a week. I have been using your Summer 2021 tea challenge but I find even though I follow this up with alot of oil before I swim the ends of my hair get dry. Is there anything I could do? 🤔
Coat your hair with conditioner and then shea butter
@@NowIAmNappy Michelle, thanks for your response, I tried this and I also tried your marshmallow and hibiscus tea. This combination help to save my hair.I wish I had asked you what to do before I started swimming. I would not have needed to cut my hair because of the chlorine damage.💜
