    You brought RECEIPTS with this challenge😍. I definitely see your healthy thick growth at the end of this 8 week challenge. I TOTALLY enjoyed this Ayrevedic challenge! What I noticed is before this challenge, my scalp was pale. After the challenge, my scalp looks and is moisturized and is no longer pale which means blood circulation... which means healthy growth 😎. #TeamNIAM!

    My *favorite* takeaway from this challenge *has* to be the knowledge I gained about what my scalp and my hair need. I feel like for the first time in, my, life... I can actually check-in with my hair and scalp and gauge what they need! My hair and I are besties now👯‍♀️!!!

    SIS! God bless you! Your henna, amla/neem/fenugreek, and did I mention the *henna* gloss bars gave my hair sooo much moisture and strength in this challenge!! They take no time to melt down and feel so buttery to apply!!

    I would like to see a grey hair challenge for a month to soften those little critters long term, advice on good purple shampoos or substitutes, keeping it white and not yellow etc etc. My other half has a thick long ginger beard going grey and its so spikey now. And thanks for all your videos.

    Your shampoo bar is so cleansing and gentle; the oats leave the nicest layer of hydration and the slip is craaaazy!!!
    Did I mention the deep conditioner OML the *SLIP* in your oat & aloe deep conditioner 🤤 That is my go-to even just to detangle!!! Can't wait to try even more of your products!

    Thank you so much for the challenges and the recipes and info. I am a week behind you so I'll be doing the moisture dc this weekend. I have been a avid user of Ayurveda for sometime. However I had a major setback last year when I braided my hair in box braids and it broke off terribly. I have 4c,low porosity, fine strands and when I tell you my hair is damaged it is an understatement. I have been close to cutting it all off, but in the meantime doing the challenges to help strengthen and grow it out some. Looking forward to the next challenge and starting on time lol

    Could you drop deets on how you manage your scalp while working out everyday. Sweat from working out always gives me crazy build up (I sweat a lot) and makes my scalp eczema flare up.

    Hi,
    I was just watching your Tuesday Tip and is interested in the eight week challenge-and I know it’s late to join this challenge. If possible would you repeat this challenge for those who were not able to join the first time that would be awesome. so, let me tell you a little about my hair. It is very fine, low density and low porosity and I was thinking, maybe this challenge can help me with my hair health. Please let me know. Thank you so much

      Hello Ida, if there’s enough interest, I can definitely do the challenge again! Either way the challenge links, videos, and lives are posted if you want to do it. I definitely think this challenge would be amazing for your hair. I have low porosity fine strands too and this challenge was about hair health and I honestly felt like my hair thrived. I will keep you posted if there’s enough interest to redo this challenge

    Hello! I was wondering how should I preserve gels I make out of like okra, aloe, ambunu, etc? I heard we shouldn’t leave those on our hair for more than 5 days so I was thinking maybe to add a preservative so I can keep it in just a little longer 🤷🏽‍♀️ I need your expertise!

    • @jamialaprince6556
      @jamialaprince6556 3 года назад

      The retailer you purchase your preservative from will have a usage rate (percentage) in which you use the preservative according to your batch size of your hair gel product.

    • @melahd6604
      @melahd6604 3 года назад

      @@jamialaprince6556 yes but what preservatives should I use since I’m making it out of natural products? Also I am buying off of Amazon will it tell me?

    • @jamialaprince6556
      @jamialaprince6556 3 года назад +1

      @@melahd6604 Amazon is ok for some ingredients but I’d recommend looking into retailers specifically selling ingredients for hair and skin care products. Some sites are Bulk Apothecary, Lotion Crafter, Bramble Berry, Making Cosmetics, Formulator Sample Shop, Etc. These retailers source high quality natural and synthetic ingredients. A good RUclips that details all things skincare is Tara Lee or Humblebee & Me.

    Is there some way you could introduce a few products that are more grey hair friendly as a lot of your suggested products give my grey an awful tint, your mask and conditioner are fine, its the shampoo bar and other products you suggest that do tint grey.. i love my salt and pepper color, it looks brown after using some of the prducts you suggest, they truly wokk but my natural color suffers.. Sorry to go on so , I completely understand if there is nothing that can be done so far as discoloration when using some of your suggested products..
    God Bless and stay safe

    If you do an Ayurvedic mask before you shampoo as a pre-poo and then you shampoo will you still get any benefit? I feel like if you do a treatment before you shampoo you lose all the benefits because you shampoo it all out

    • @NowIAmNappy
      @NowIAmNappy  3 года назад +7
