- Are you easily brought down and affected by other people? Here is your sign to STOP letting them hold power over you! Of course, we can't control how other people act, but we can control how their actions affect us. In this video, I share with you how I come back into my body after someone hurts me or disappoints me in order to regain control over my emotions and actually use this as an opportunity for healing. This reset routine allows me to stay "high vibe" and ultimately makes me a more understanding and compassionate person!

I love your point about taking a cold shower. I'm a bio student and I actually learned in physiology that splashing water over your face, specifically your eyes and nose turns on our mammalian dive reflex. When we go underwater, we are programed to for our heart rate to slow down. So when we are anxious and put water on our faces, it has this same effect. I think it's awesome that we can our physiology to our advantage to help us feel better in the moment. I love your high vibrational and spiritual content! Watching your videos raises my energy and inspires me.

My go to method is writing, walking, playing piano or a hot shower and fresh bedsheets… might try the cold shower if I’m brave enough!
