I feel as if I’ve been walking alongside the river of the Divine Feminine my entire freaking life! Drawn to non-confirmative spirituality and the natural world since I was a child. As a middle-aged wife and mother, I have come back into my proclivity to honor the Divine Feminine. I was raised Catholic, but haven’t practiced in decades. Catholicism always filled me with anxiety and guilt and feeling not “worthy” enough. I consider myself more Wiccan than anything nowadays - and I feel like it’s my natural groove!

I've got the feeling, that we are in the middle of the masculine energy, when we are in our heads and that it is even harder to get out of the head into the heart, when we are "addicted" to our phones. I myself want to be more present and aware of the moment, be more connected and more in touch with my sexuality and nature. But then there is the phone at my fingertips and all the potential momentum is gone. I find it very difficult to get a good routine to nurture myself and the goddess within me. My trigger was and is my health. But I tend to numb the pain and stress with emotional eating, binging and productivity.

Yes I completely feel that too! I have felt such a resistance to my phone lately, and want to get a simple flip phone again. It is such a distraction to us, and makes us miss out on the beauty all around us, and its so hard to be present when our brain is telling us to look at our phone every .5 second !
