It's so easy to get irritated, annoyed, and frustrated at people for the smallest things. Why is that? Well, it's because we have placed expectations on them for how we want them to be. That's the problem - we are setting ourselves up to be let down. So let's talk about how to maintain your peace when people are pissing you off, and realize that your outer world is a reflection of your inner world. You might never look at your life the same way 💕

Oh my goodness, apartment parking is horrible! Several years ago, I had a friend who lived in an apartment. I'm very polite and courteous, and like to keep the peace... much like yourself. 🙂
My friend at the time said I could park wherever, but, I never wanted to take anyone's "spot", so I actually never parked there. There was a parking lot across from the apartment complex that belonged to something else, but was plenty big. I just used that one.
More recently, a family member lived in an apartment and no guests of any of the tenants are allowed to park (the apartment manager is very...strict). There's not any near-by parking lot that can be used, either.
They actually were just able to move, so they're no longer a tenant there.
I'm with you, though.... I wouldn't want anyone taking "my spot", and the person giving a dirty look definitely would have made it worse.
The father and son being right outside the window when they don't need to be... yes, I definitely wouldn't have liked that, either.
I take it this was a man that wasn't taught to be respectful of others' spaces.
I see evidence of that a lot in the world today. The same values that used to be learned are not taught anymore, and then you end up with situations like this...or worse. 😕
It's annoying, but more than that, it's sad.
The dog trainer... how were they oblivious to the fact that your dog was barking at them? Especially as a dog trainer, they should be aware of other dogs that are close by.
People are just amazing, aren't they? 😄
Now, if they were teaching the dog to focus on them and not be distracted by other dogs and other noises... that might be a different matter. If that was the case, though, they could have told you or asked you if it was okay.
Poor Snowy and you... I am glad you went and asked them to leave.
Spiritual people have a right to set boundaries. They don't have to take anything and everything just because they're spiritual. 💖
I do like how you are trying to look at this stuff spiritually. I try to do that, too.
You touched on this in this video, but all of this brings to mind when I was first learning about shadow work and how to know something in you needs healing... "If someone does something that triggers you, it's a reflection or represents what needs to be healed in you."
I agree with that, but at the same time, it's not always simple.
I have a neighbor that bothers me. And then I think about that quote, and this neighbor and I are nothing alike. I would never do stuff they've done/do. I haven't yet figured out what this person is reflecting or representing. 🙃
Anyway, sorry for the long reply!
Thank you for another great video! ❤

Ultimately I think maybe you feel the same way I do. That you care so much to try and do right by other people and care to not annoy them and take care of their feelings. When in turn it often feels you're just disrespected in return. No one cares to consider you. And that gets frustrating to feel you aren't getting what you give.

I've experienced this frustration, very intensely - and very often! When I sat down with it, I found that it came from being invisible as a child - trying to always be perfect so someone would love, value and pay attention to me. When other people act like the ones you described, it triggered me - "why do they get to act like that and still be loved?" Forgiveness and finding self-love helped to put this highly emotional response into perspective. We all deserve love, but sometimes our journey sets us up to find that love within ourselves - for our life mission and our soul's evolution. Astrology can help you determine this as well.

I definitely used to get annoyed at the smallest thing until I realised it was more about me than them. I had to firstly realise just because I'm polite and think about others, doesn't mean other people do (needed to lower my expectations as you said). Also I did a lot of work on myself which has made me a lot calmer. But love the recommendation of imagining a colour. Thanks for this video ♥️

I had a work incident last night with a colleague that was a 9 or a 10 and still coping with after effects of a panic attack. Not first time it' happened either and I've told managers etc about certain people's behaviour toward me but it doesn't change anything. But have got better at standing up for myself..thats why the panic attack I hate confrontation! Need a new job really I was trying to talk to them and they were just shouting at me. Sorry you didn't need to know all that! But your video's helped me calm down a bit

Aurora, I totally get it! Last year my neighbors across the street kept parking one of their cars in front of my house! It’s legal to park in the street here, but why not in the whole empty area in front of THEIR house! Lol! It really bothered me but I didn’t say anything. They are really lovely people and eventually they did start parking on their side. I think people are just oblivious. I need to work on letting go of those types of things out of my control. This was a great topic to cover! 🌼💕

I have had to release expectations sooooo much. I am neurotypical and I live with 3 neurodivergent people. (Adhd) I am very aware of myself, my space, other people’s space, etc and I do feel let down when others are not the same. Here’s the thing with adhd… they are impulsive and typically don’t think before acting. They are my opposites. This is why I need alone time to recharge. The energy is sucked right out of me caring for, guiding, and loving my family but not being able to relate to any of them. So very draining. Finally I’m having some much needed alone time for the first time in a week! I love that I can relate to you. I took psychology in school too so I understand body language on that level as well.

I also, am always overly worried about how my actions will affect others and was taught to be respectful of others' properties. My Mom would have come unglued if I was causing damage to someone's yard so it's so hard when you see others either not caring or being so clueless of what their kids do.
It's hard to let it go if you try to reason with them and the parents don't care.
A few things that I have learned is to try and find a benefit for the person to do what you want.
Like, the side yard is bigger, and your training might go better if your not distracted by my dog....
Or, compliment the kids shoes or shirt or toy, and then say to the child, hey.... can you help me keep the bushes happy by not hurting them. I heard them crying earlier... Or say the fairy that lives in the bush doesn't like it when the bushes shake, she sometimes comes out when it's calm. 😂 If they are older just asking for help because your trying to keep the bushes healthy may be enough.
The chick with the parking spot sounds kinda hopeless. But you never know. I'm betting she gave you a dirty look to stop you from talking to her. She knows she is being rude.
Those types I just figure you get what you give. It will come back around for her and I don't want her bad behavior affecting my karma.
    All easier said than done!
Thanks for bringing the topic up, it's a great discussion.

I love your videos and topics ! You are the friend that I wished I had in my life , I wanna ask you if you can make a video about why sometimes we feel negative about some people and we remember all the bad things they did to us even if it’s not that big deal but When we see them in person we forget everything and we don’t feel that negative energy, is it about energy, vibration etc, or not ? + is it bad for us to judge other people? Does it affect our energy and vibration ?

Yeshua is an ascended master of the heart that many people work with. It is not appropriate to tell people this when many already are working with him and many other masters outside of religious context.

So shortly after I posted this, I was out in the garden and a beetle landed on my arm. Normally, I would've brushed it away immediately, but the color! I'd not seen anything like it. It was a beautiful iridescent blue with a hint of green. It dazzled in the sunlight. I believe the color came to me, not me having to choose. I think it's what is called an emerald ash borer beetle but it was more on the bluish side. So I'll now focus on that as my calming color, and also to remember the beauty within my soul that I so often forget.
