@@murderedrt5086 I ran mine with the stock converter when I got the cam in, it can be done but it performs and drives much smoother with the upgraded stall in there.

Or do the 6.4 cam which easier to tune for and I think it's actually a faster cam than the 270. Just won't have that beautiful chop but will keep alot of the factory drivability. Good info on the 3.09 LSD heard it can make a difference compared to the awful open factory one.
Really hope you did the oil pump also after you did that cam swap . Hemi oil pumps are garbage you’re killing your motor at idle. I have a 5.7 challenger myself can’t wait to build this thing bottle fed or torque storm procharger… and still be under what a 392 Scat pack cost. $$$$$ lmao “ Built Not Bought “

Yes sir my question is did the last owner installed it or did it come with it, I brought mines used with 20,000 miles I look under the car today and noticed the 3.09 differential was already installed I was going to buy it lol
Yeah it came with an open diff, I have never found a solid answer as to what these cars typically come with. When you ask around there are so many different answers -- you'd think a super track pack car would come with an LSD, but sure enough the diff was labeled open.
@@caninemotorsports9532 maybe it's only the 6spd 5.7 tA and other premiums thats comes with it but I noticed alof of used ones from the previous owners have it custom installed ready an lease so in my mind they probably already did everything you can think of after the modifications
@@caninemotorsports9532 yeah standard auto RTs come with open 2.65. Super track pack auto RTs come with open 3.07. Auto scats lsd 3.09. Manual scats and hellcats lsd 3.70 manual rts lsd 3.90. Just read this last night because i was trying to decide what lsd im just going to go for 3.90 for the launch because i dont want to do highway runs anymore
Good info, but you either need a personal Mic, or something else. With the tone of the car, I can't hear you good at all without turning the volume all the way up. Just a suggestion on a YT fantastic

Your T/A came with an open diff? My 2017 6 speed 5.7 T/A came with a limited slip and a 3.90 ratio. That open diff had to be God awful

I would get a exhaust, Intake, Long tube headers, Cam, and a tune to call it a day

You can but if you have an auto and are doing lifters it is easy to do headers with the heads off and help the car breath better.
