Blitz+Ninja+Rooted is a hellacious combo for any melee character...Rooted would normally be fairly useless (as it requires you to not move at all, owing your survivability to damage reduction and self-healing capabilities), but Blitz doesn't count against it. Basic premise is target a bunch of enemies within a small area in VATS, then pinball amongst them with your "teleport" while simultaneously pounding them into mush (Rooted adds 25% or 50% damage to melee and unarmed attacks if you aren't moving, based on rank) and making melee attacks miss since you're at the next target.
