You know what would be great? ...if Segway would actually include these instructions in their "Product Manual" and/or "User Manual". There is NO MENTION of being able to adjust the rear suspension at all in either of these manuals. How do you develop a product and NOT develop supporting manuals that describe how to leverage the features?
