Very nice coincidence, i've been healing as shaman&druid this season (and wanting to tear my hair out due to no help from pugs on dispells :^) ) and recently decided to start working on my brewmaster as well since its my favorite tank, excited to see more.
Another thing to consider for why you wait to purify brew is it heals you a portion of the cleanse so it acts as a mini expel harm and gives you more longevity. Also dispel magic removes magic effects plus the damage reduction on things like the spiders in black rook hold
Well this was fun! I love healing monks man, a fun tank to do dungeons with. Quick question, is that plater you use for nameplates? If so - which profile? Cheers. looking forward to more episodes!
40:18 wasn't your fault.. after the tank buster the healer needs to dispel the debuff and he had plenty time to do so.. you could have easily recover there if he had dispelled you. I know you said you took a lot of passive talents to reduce button bloat but honestly, Diffuse Magic is such a good CD to pass up, it could have saved you in BRH for example, I also really like Dampen Harm for tank busters (for example tree boss in DHT), if not both then I'd take Diffuse Magic for sure.
So i use luxthos' weakaura set for all the different classes and specs but i also have a video on my channel going over my ui :) - the addon is called Premade Groups Filter
Odd question, im just getting into tanking and almost 3k on my bdk. Does brm monk really have button bloat? Compared to bdk, because i have spare boost and kinda worried that keybinds will overwhelm me
So yeah if you want to take the the most optimized talentbuild, which focus mostly on dmg. You can trade off some of your overall dmg for more passives and defensives. So it is possible to reduce the bloat but yeah I probally wouldnt boost, but then again i get easily overwhelmed haha so I wouldnt boost anything im not fairly confident in

You know, I actually have diffuse magic selected! I just forgot to press it like the pro i am😎
Yeah both dampen and diffuse become mandatory in keys over 20 on tyran for some bosses
