There will appear after me rulers, they will not guide by my guidance, and they will not establish my Sunnah; there will be amongst them men whose hearts will be hearts of devils in the bodies of men!” He was asked: “How should I behave, O Messenger of Allāh, if I reach that time?” He replied: “Hear and obey the Amīr (i.e. the ruler), even if he beats your back and [illegally] takes your wealth - hear and obey!

It is obligatory to clarify the doubts that these ignorant muslim brothers bring so they do not misguide people - Refutation is how our deen is preserved! Stopping us from becoming like d Christians and Jews.
As for the oppressive rulers they are oppressing them in the life of this world and their judgement is with allah but they are not misguiding the people in their deen unlike these so called ignorant Da'ees like Hajji above.

    • @hamzazulfi
      @hamzazulfi 3 года назад +1

@Ibrahim Ibn Mahmud There is no need to lie. If you can find disgusting manners of Hajji then you can surely find his statements where he said he doesn't advocate for Khrooj but that he is against Shamsi and co and their labelling of everyone who does khrooj as Khariji.

    • @hamzazulfi
      @hamzazulfi 3 года назад +1

@Ibrahim Ibn Mahmud You are free to believe whatever you like. But when it comes to the claims, unless you have contrary evidence to his words that he doesn't call for khrooj, you have only a claim and no evidence.
Regarding his frequent videos on khrooj is due to Shamsi who approached him 1st and dawah man who made video against him 1st.
If I take the statement of Ibn Abd al Barr as face value and the way you quoted then major Sahaba and Salaf are considered Khwarij including Hussein RA, Zubair RA and others.
If you believe they are khwarij then you have no business being a Muslim, and If you believe they are not Khwarij then your evidence falls flat on its face and doesn't represent the reality properly.
Don't disrespect Sahaba or you will be asked about it on the day of jydgement.

    • @hamzazulfi
      @hamzazulfi 3 года назад +1

@Ibrahim Ibn Mahmud You do know that there are hadiths that support rebellion.
There are also salaf who took part in rebellion and there are statements that don't claim everyone who did khrooj is khariji.
Selective ahadith and selective quotation posting is not gonna help your case since possibility of rebellion and rebellion being not haram is also present is ahadith books.
I guess you also believe that just like Hussein RA, no person from salaf ever rebelled.
Here are some ahadiths who show the possibility of rebellion and it being not haram in all cases.
Al-Bukhari narrated on the authority of Junada b. abi Umayyah who said: We went to ‘Ubadah b. as-Samit when he was sick and we said: May Allah (swt) guide you. Inform us of a Hadith from the Messenger of Allah (saw) so Allah may benefit you from it. He said, the Messenger of Allah (saw) called upon us and we gave him the Bai’ah, and he said, of that which he had taken from us, that we should give him the pledge to listen and obey, in what we like and dislike, in our hardship and ease, and that we should not dispute the authority of its people unless we saw open Kufr (kufr buwah) upon which we had a proof (burhan) from Allah.
The hadith was reported by At-Tabarani as “kufran Surahan (open kufr)”, and as “unless the disobedience of Allah is bawahan”. It was also reported by Ahmad as “unless they order you of ithmin bawahan (open sin)”.
Awf Ibnu Malik Al-Ashja'i said: "I heard the Messenger of Allah (SAW) say: 'The best of your Imams are those whom you love and they love you and whom you pray for and they pray for you, and the worst of your Imams are those whom you hate and they hate you and you curse them and they curse you.' We asked: 'O Messenger of Allah, shall we not then declare war on them?' He said: 'No, as long as they establish the prayer among you', [Muslim]
Muslim reported on the authority of Umm Salama that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: "Ameers will be appointed over you, you recognise some of what they do and you disown some. Whoever recognised he is absolved from blame. Whoever disapproved (of their bad deeds) he is safe, but whoever consented and followed them (he is doomed.)" They said: "Should we not fight against them?" He (SAW) replied: "No, as long as they prayed."
What is meant by establishing the prayer is to rule by Islam, that is to implement the rules of Shari'ah . This is because the whole of Islam is denoted here by naming part of it. This is common in Arabic, for instance Allah (SWT) says: "To free a neck" [4:92] which means to free the slave i.e. all of him and not just his neck. In this Hadith he (SAW) said: "As long as they establish the prayer among you." This means the establishment of all the rules not just the prayer and is a figurative form (kinayah) where basically the part is mentioned to refer to the whole.
If you want I can post some views of different scholars as well.
      *Now you have a problem.*
*You say rebellion is prohibited but salaf rebelled.*
*You say rebellion is from Khwarij but salaf rebelled.*
*You say there are ahadiths prohibiting rebellion but there are ahadiths which support it on conditions.*
*You say scholars prohibit rebellion but there are major scholars who say in some cases it become obligatory and not a sin.*
*The problem is for you and not for me because I don't claim rebellion is prohibited in every case.*

At 1:07:13 interestingly, when the Uthmaniyyah (Ottomans) defeated the Mamluks in Egypt, the Ottomans allowed the Mamluks to remain and rule Egypt but gave them more efficient administrative techniques. The mamluks remained until the french Napoleon came to Egypt. Both the Ottomans and the Mamluks dealt with Napoleon. So the Ottomans never wiped out the Mamluks but worked along them after defeating them.

Shame that most Salafis will not listen to this or Bro Haji, from my personal experience most Salafis want everyone to listen to them but are unwilling to listen to anyone belonging to another group, and they speak ill and call names anyone and everyone who is against their stance and position, Salafis will hate on people who advise them nicely and politely, there is no way they will like or listen to bro Hadji due to him being a bit harsh or impolite towards them, but then again they wouldn't listen to him even if he was polite.

I dont have issue with Salafi's, actually get on very well with them except for the ones who just like to put you down and attach a label to you only because your not a Salafi, these types of Salafis dont want to really get on with any non Salafi anyway, I've been labelled by Salafis incorrectly many times without them even speaking to me and finding out what i believe.

    • @saqub2008

@Abu Masood strongly disagree to that as its the same story with most Salafi's up and down the country unfortunatly, I've heard the same stories and experiences from countless people from around the UK in regards to their experiences with Salafi's and it almost always the same, and i always think to myself that I've also had identical experiences with Salafi's, and listening to bro hadji hes going through the same experience as i myself and cointless other people have had with Salafi's, im sure its not a coincidence, its as if a large majority of Salafis are Unison in their thinking, behaviour and charactristics, and this is due to the teachings they recive and learn from their teachers. Generally the only people who dont see this issue with Salafi's are Salafi's themselfs, or anyone who has not had much experience with them, they are the most intolerant sect amongst the Muslims that i have ever come across.

look at Islam, Virtues of Banu Tamim : Bani Tameem constitute the majority of the Najd in Saudi Arabia. Recall Najd just means elevated land.
Ibn Abdul Wahab At Tamimi's tribe in hadiths :
Sahih Bukhaaree report of Abu Hurayra, "I have loved the tribe of Bani Tameem, ever since I heard three things the Messenger of Allah, Sallallahu Alayhi wa Sallam, said about them I heard him saying, these people, would stand firm against the dajjaal.' When the Saddaqat from that tribe came, the Messenger of Allah, Sallahu Alayhi wa Sallam said, "These are charitable gifts of our folk." aa'isha had a slave girl from that tribe, and the Prophet Sallallaahu Alayhi wa Sallam said to Aa'ishah, manumit her as she is decendant of Isma'eel, alayhis Salaam."
Hadith no. 2543, book 49 Manumission of Slaves
, (13)Chapter: Whoever possessed Arab slaves.
      4366 of Al Fath.
Ibn Hajr al Asqalani said, This hadith clear mentions of excellence, and superiority of Bani Tameem." (fath 5/217)
Hadith of ikrama from one of the companions reported in the Musnad of Imam Ahmad, "Do not say of Bani Tamim anything but good, for indeed they are the severest of people in attacking the Dajjaal." Al Haythamee says : its narrators are sahih." Mujma 10/48 chpt : What is reported on banu Tamim.
Is it not strange that those who are severe on Dajjaal, (who are our Saudi Salafi scholars in modern day) are required to have firm belief and proper knowledge -. (yet people of the sufi and she'a grave worship & bidah gone way of Quran 9 :31 preists and rabbis attack them)
By slandering ibn Abdul Wahab, they slander the Sunnah he revived and the companions Radiyallahu anhum who praised his virtuous tribe who carries his dawa today - against the teachings of the Sunna as he is sever on dajjal, this shows ahlul bida, etc. are wrong on this too!
Muhammad ibn Abdul Wahab revived the Aqidah of Al - Islam and Sahih Sunnah, when people who worshipping the graves of the companions, Radiyallalhu anhum. (like christians do to their saints)
      Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 3261
      - Umar ibn al-Khattab reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Do not exaggerate my praises as the Christians have done with the son of Mary. Verily, I am only a servant, so refer to me as the servant of Allah and his messenger.”
Sufyan ath Thawri may Allah have mercy on him said, "Bida is more beloved to Iblees, than sins. This is because sins are repented from while bida are not repented from."

Yesterday I’ve seen a video where a particular person quoted a famous scholar in the comment section. I don’t know whether the quote is correct but it stated that saying a word against the ruler makes someone a Kharijey. Well, I know this mindset and Manhaj for several years now. But I recognized two particular things when I read this quote. 1. Many people calling themselves Salafiyya don’t quote scholars of the Salaf. But they most of the time quote a recently died scholar or someone who is still alive like the person who quoted in his comment a famous scholar who is still alive. 2. This quote forces us to call Sahaba a Tabeen Khawarij. The prophet called the speech of a word of right in front of a transgressive ruler as the greatest Jehaad. According to THEIR claim we would logically say they claim indirectly that the prophet called an act that makes someone a Kharijey the greates Jehaad. But the prophet described the Khawarij people as hell hounds. But the greatest Jehaad is a way to paradise. So, does it mean that the one obeying the prophet in this becomes a hell hound entering paradise.
Well of course not. The statement of the prophet is revelation and the statement that the one who obeys the prophet in this becomes a Kharijey is not revelation but rather an invention of people who did not learn from the Salaf well enough or is simply a liar 🤥.

May Allah bless you Akhi, I think you have got the wrong idea. Brother the Salaf had Ijma (consensus) that the one who believes in rebelling against the Muslims ruler is not from Ahlus Sunnah wal Jama'ah. This is clear cut without a shadow of a doubt. Read Usool Us Sunnah of Imam Ahmad, Sharh Us Sunnah of Imam Barbaharee, Manhujus Sunnah An Nawiyyah by Shaykhul Islam Ibn Taymiyyah and I can continue listing for days Akhi. The Hadith you mentioned there is no doubt about it but we can see how the other Hadith explain that “Whoever intends to advise one with authority, he should not do so publicly. Rather, he should take him by the hand and advise him in private. If he accepts the advice, all is well. If he does not accept it, he has fulfilled his duty.”
Source: Musnad Aḥmad 14909 (Grade Sahih)
Likewise the many, many ahadith that prohibit rebellion against the Muslim Ruler (e.g Ibn Hibbān in his Sahīh, no. 4562, authenticated by al-Albānī. Nasa'i 4206. Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 1847.Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 1855.Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 1854. Tiemidhi 1707)

And the Sahabah and the Tabi'een are free from the Khawarij, Wa'audhubillah!
Akhi, the above rulings only apply to MUSLIM rulers in the case of some (Key word is SOME) of the Salaf rebelling, this was because they differed on whether Hajjaj ibn Yusuf was a kaffir or not. The majority held the opinion he was still muslim a minority believed he was not nd rebelled - this does not make them Khawarij.
As for the likes of Hajji, he is the worst type of Khariji (as mentioned by one of the scholars Ibn Jawzi or Ibn Qayyim) the one who calls people to rebellion whilst sitting comfortably in his home in birmingham. Look at the Muslim countries today! How was Syria before they rebelled against Bashar and how is it now?! How was Libya under Gadaffi and how is it now?! How was Iraq under Saddam and how is it now?! Wallahi, our brothers and sisters are getting slaughtered like cattle every, humiliated, in Libya even enslaved. Ahlus Sunnah do not condone the oppression or the evil of Bashar, Gadaffi or Saddam and their likes but unlike these Khawarij we love the muslims and prefer to see them living in at least a peaceful, stable society where kids can go to school. We obey the commandment of the Messenger of Allah so we hear and Obey the ruler even if he opresses us by illegally taking our wealth and whips our backs (as per the hadith)

    • @MAbuRowais
      @MAbuRowais 4 года назад +5

@@mohuss1804 Look man. I guess you got the wrong idea. Obviously the Salaf are talking about Muslim rulers in a legitimate state. Then I did not say you should go out on the ruler. But actually the Sahabah and their students did not have an Ijma‘. The Ijma‘ came afterwards. And it is not far fetched that the Ijma‘ was influenced by historical events or rather the consequences of rebellion against the ruler. And we have to be fair. If the Ijma‘ came afterwards it cannot be considered absolute because it cannot be applied to the people before the Ijma‘ or rather the Salaf. To say that someone is not upon the Salaf if he goes out on the ruler is insane. Because there Sahaba and students of them themselves who have gone out against the ruler. Obviously Mu‘āwiyya did fight Ali the Khalifah and disobeyed him. You could say this was wrong. But could you say he is not upon the Salaf. That’s ridiculous. And there are restrictions to the prohibition of rebellion against the ruler. If the ruler changes the religion of Allah he lost his legitimacy. The first step is giving advice. First of all privately then publicly and then disputing authority. All that in case the people can do that without suffering great harm from the ruler. Today we have ruler who change the religion by force and they aid the Kuffar against Muslims. If nothing is said publicly and nothing is done than the people will eventually fall into Kufr.
Look, you can’t use one part of the Sunnah and leave the other. Use the whole Sunnah and learn what attributes should the ruler have not to fall under the kind of rulers whom are not allowed to be rebelled against. And look up if all that is applicable to nowadays rulers because nowadays is what interests us.
Another thing. I do not promote rebellion against the ruler even if does not have legitimacy when the consequences are worse than the situation before rebellion. I do not say people should go to the streets if that leads to massacres and rape of women and so on and so forth. In that particular case it could also be Haram to go out than because of the great evil that follows. But we could only say that if the great evil is more likely to happen than relief and stability. That all in case the ruler does not have legitimacy to rule as actually most states if not all because of changing the religion and aiding Kuffar. The hadiths all of them apply to rulers who apply the prayer and take the Zakat and expand the Islamic borders and apply the Hudud. But it’s not the case today. So my objection to rebellion today has only to do with Fasād and harm and the better among to choices.
We could talk all along but it’s a huge thing.

    • @MAbuRowais
      @MAbuRowais 4 года назад

Advice by the way cannot be made privately if you cannot contact the ruler or the person of authority or the person in charge or whatsoever. And if the ruler or anyone has done something publicly which is wrong the advice comes publicly if there’s no other option which is nowadays almost always the case.

The Salaf are free from the Khawarij no doubt! Now all the points above were about the impermissibility of rebelling against the MUSLIM ruler, as for a minority of the Salaf rebelling against Hajjaj ibn Yusuf was because they believed Al Hajjaj fell into major kufr whereas the majority of the Salaf believed he was still Muslim. As you can see they disputed if the leader was a kaffir NOT if rebellion was permissible.

What hajji is not mentioning is that the Muslims can only overthrow a ruler who commits Kufr Buwa (open kufr as clear as night and day) when they have the ABILITY! And as Shaykh ul Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah said that if forbidding an evil leads to MORE evil then forbidding that initial evil becomes HARAM. Remember it is Allaah who grants the kingdom to whom HE wills and dishonours who He wills. The Early Salaf rebelled but the proofs did not reach all of them until later when an IJMA (consensus) was reached amongst the scholars of the Salaf that rebellion khurooj was haram. BUT as our present ulama say that if khurooj already took place and fighting erupts then you fight until the word of Allaah (Tawheed) is UPPERMOST. The Hadith of flogging of the ruler and hearing and obeying him is to prevent more vices in society and this IMAM who flogs is RULING by the Shari’ah.

      Part 2
      Virtues of Banu Tamim :
Bani Tameem constitute the majority of the Najd in Saudi Arabia. Recall Najd just means elevated land.

Ibn Abdul Wahab At Tamimi's tribe in hadiths :
Sahih Bukhaaree report of Abu Hurayra, *"I have loved the tribe of Bani Tameem, ever since I heard three things the Messenger of Allah, Sallallahu Alayhi wa Sallam, said about them I heard him saying, these people, would stand firm against the dajjaal.' When the Saddaqat from that tribe came, the Messenger of Allah, Sallahu Alayhi wa Sallam said, "These are charitable gifts of our folk." aa'isha had a slave girl from that tribe, and the Prophet Sallallaahu Alayhi wa Sallam said to Aa'ishah, manumit her as she is decendant of Isma'eel, alayhis Salaam."*
Hadith of ikrama from one of the companions reported in the Musnad of Imam Ahmad, *"Do not say of Bani Tamim anything but good, for indeed they are the severest of people in attacking the Dajjaal." Al Haythamee says : its narrators are sahih." Mujma 10/48 chpt : What is reported on banu Tamim.*
      *Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 3261
      - Umar ibn al-Khattab reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Do not exaggerate my praises as the Christians have done with the son of Mary. Verily, I am only a servant, so refer to me as the servant of Allah and his messenger.”*
Sufyan ath Thawri may Allah have mercy on him said, "Bida is more beloved to Iblees, than sins. This is because sins are repented from while bida are not repented from."

Weakness of Hadîth: “You listen to and obey the leader, even if he beats your back and takes your wealth.” By Haytham Sayfaddîn - Part 1:
Imâm Muslim narrated this saying: And Muhammad Ibn Sahl Ibn ‘Askar at-Tamîmî told me: Yahyâ Ibn Hassân told us: *Hâ’: And ‘Abdullâh Ibn ‘Abdir-Rahmân ad-Dârimî told us: Yahyâ, and he is Ibn Hassân told us: Mu’âwiyah, and he is Ibn Salâm, told us: On the authority of Abû Sallâm who said: Huthayfah Ibn al-Yamân said: However, he narrated it within the **Mutâba’ât, not in the Usûl.
Imâm ad-Dâraqutnî stated: “And Muslim narrated the Hadîth of Mu’âwiyah Ibn Salâm on the authority of Zayd on the authority of Abû Sallâm on the authority of Huthayfah…And this, in my opinion, is Mursal; Abû Sallâm did not hear from Huthayfah, nor from his peers who went to ‘Irâq. (This is) because Huthayfah passed away (just) nights after the murder of ‘Uthmân, رضي الله عنه. And in it, it contains ‘Huthayfah said’, so this indicates that it is ‘Mursal.’” “Al-Ilzâmât wat-Tatabbu’”, (pg. 181-182).
In other words, he did not say he heard it from Huthayfah.
And Imâm An-Nawawî stated: “Ad-Dâraqutnî stated: ‘This, in my opinion, is ‘Mursal.’’ And it is as Ad-Dâraqutnî said.” “Al-Minhâj Sharh Sahîh Muslim Ibn al-Hajjâj”, Vol. 12/237
Al-Wâdi’î stated: “In this Hadîth of Huthayfah, there is an addition which is not in the Hadîth of Huthayfah which is agreed upon, and it is his statement: ‘And even if he beats your back and takes your wealth.’ So this addition is weak, because it is from this severed path.” “Al-Ilzâmât Wat-Tatabbu’”, pg. 182
Ibn Hajar stated: “And he narrated in ‘Mursal’ form from Huthayfah, Abû Tharr and others.” “Tahthîb at-Tahthîb”, Vol. 10/296
So in and of itself, we see that this narration is weak. Next, we will discuss the narrations used to attempt to strengthen this weak narration.
And this is the opinion of Shaykh Sulaymân Ibn Nâsir al-‘Alwân and Abdul-‘Azîz Ibn Marzûq at-Tarîfî.
      And Allâh Knows Best.

Weakness of Hadîth: “You listen and obey the leader, even if he beats your back and takes your wealth.” - Haytham Sayfaddîn - Part 2:
Some have tried to reject this by saying: There is another narration of this Hadîth that isn’t from the path of Abû Sallâm from Huthayfah. They quote: Imâm Ahmad said: Muhammad Ibn Ja’far told us: Shu’bah told us: On the authority of Abut-Tayyâh who said: I heard Sakhr narrating from Subay’ who said:…
However, this is weak as well. Sakhr is Sakhr Ibn Badr al-‘Ijlî al-Basrî who is unknown.
Likewise, Subay’ is Subay’ Ibn Khâlid al-Yashkarî al-Basrî. He was only declared trustworthy by Al-‘Ijlî and Ibn Hibbân. And being declared trustworthy by them is not enough to make someone a reliable narrator, and more particularly, it is not enough for a Hadîth of this nature to be accepted. This is because it contradicts a Hadîth narrated by those who are more acceptable.
Likewise, it was narrated by Nasr Ibn ‘Âsim on the authority of Subay’ Ibn Khâlid. Narrated by Ahmad Ibn Hanbal.
Furthermore, it was narrated by ‘Alî Ibn Zayd on the authority of Subay’ Ibn Khâlid. Narrated by Ahmad. However, ‘Alî Ibn Zayd is weak. He was weakened by Yahyâ Ibn Sa’îd al-Qattân, Abû Ahmad al-Hâkim, Yahyâ Ibn Ma’în, Ahmad Ibn Hanbal, Abû Hâtim ar-Râzî, An-Nasâ’î, Ibn Hibbân, Abû Zur’ah ar-Râzî, Alî Ibn al-Madînî, Ibn Khuzaymah and many others.
And in place of Abû Sallâm from Huthayfah there is Zayd Ibn Wahb. Narrated by Ahmad. However, this is a mistake from those reading “Musnad Ahmad” in believing that this chain was related to this Hadîth. In reality, this chain relates to a separate Hadîth about trustworthiness being removed from people. This was pointed out by the Muhaddith ‘Abdur-Rahmân al-Faqîh.
So we see that this is not actually a supporting narration for this Hadîth.
In short, we see that the narration of Al-Bukhârî and the main narration of Muslim does not contain this phrase. And the narrations used to support it are either mistakes that don’t actually say this, weak narrations or, at best, not as strong as the narration that does not contain it.
      And Allâh Knows Best.

    Right, this issue about rulers.
    1. The ahadith that say we should obey the ruler even if he is unjust applies when the Muslims don't have the ability to remove him by force. Removing by force means without a worse fitna coming about,, and having the capability to do it.
    2. There is also the issue of speaking out against the ruler, which is allowed, of course. If we don't speak up, how will people know? Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal rahimahullah said that if you remain silent when there is evil, then the evil will spread.
    3. The obedience also applies if the ruler outwardly rules by Shariah. For example, a ruler could rule by shariah outwardly, but he stole someones wealth secretly. Even in that context he would have to be obeyed in that which is halal.
    4. Why did the people of the past rebel against rulers then? Why did Ibn Taymiya fight against the Tarters then? And there are many examples.
There's a good explanation of this in Maudoodi's tafsir.

    Question:
What is the ruling on demonstrations? What are the evidences for its permissibility? And what are the evidences for its prohibition?
    Answer:
The issue of demonstration is a long one, and I will summarize my words regarding it by saying:
Some of the brothers that said that demonstrations are permissible researched in the Sunnah after evidences for this, so they mentioned for example the famous hadeeth of Abu Hurayrah regarding the neighbor[1], something which is these days referred to as "rousing the public opinion", the source for this hadeeth is in Sunan Abi Dawud.
And also they use the hadeeth of Abdullah bin Iyas bin Abi Dhubaba where women complained (in front of the Prophet (ﷺ)) regarding their husbands (i.e. a female demonstration)[2], and this is also narrated in Sunan Abi Dawud.
But all of this isn't necessary (to prove it's permissibility), because the rule is: "Nothing is legislated in this Religion except what Allah has legislated, and nothing becomes forbidden except what Allah has forbidden." So the rule is regarding worship ('ibadah) is that of tawqif (i.e. not permissible to exceed beyond), so there's a must to provide an evidence for it.
And the rule regarding customary things ('adaat) is that they are in general permissible. So whoever forbids something is asked to provide an evidence (daleel) for it, this is the fundamental rule (asl) regarding this.
So whoever permitted demonstrations and holds to this fundamental rule, then he is of no need to bring forth any evidences, because nothing is haram except what Allah has made haram. And even if one brought forth evidences to prove this, then it's being generous. So what's left for us is to see what those that forbid demonstrations have for evidence, then afterwards we can answer them and let the issue be finished (over with).
The most famous evidences that they have are three: That it is an innovation (bid'ah), that it is imitating the disbelievers, that it is forbidden as a means to block an evil (sad al-dhara'i) which leads corruptions (fasad).
    1) With regards to their argument that it's a bid'ah, then this is false (batil). Because bid'ah is in matters pertaining to worship ('ibadah), not customary things ('adaat). And thus there isn't any need for redundancy of words to show that this argument is void.
    2) With regards to their argument that is imitating the disbelievers, then this is also false. For history is filled with people gathering and marching and demanding something. And go back to the history of Uthman (رضي الله عنه) and go back to the history of al-Basrah and al-Kufa in the latter half of the first century (hijri), and see how plentiful these sort of demonstrations were. This isn't to prove that its something legislated or permissible, rather it is evidence that it isn't from the issues of imitating the disbelievers.
    3) And regarding their argument that its something that leads to corruption (fasad), then this is not correct. Because we see it taking place everywhere and there is no corruption that takes place like which they claim will come about.
Rather great benefits (masalih 'adhimah) have come through it, like the overthrowing of the Egyptian taghut (i.e. Mubarak). And his overthrowing - even though it didn't bring forth a Islamic governance - eased the injustice and tyranny, and it brought forth some justice that weren't there during his (i.e. Mubarak) time.
This is a quick summary regarding this issue, and Allah knows best.

The source for the Fatwa is Fatawa al-Ha'iriyyah, a compilation of fatawa by the Shaykh from inside the prison of al-Ha'ir, KSA.
    [1] Full hadeeth:
Abu Hurayra said, "A man said, 'Messenger of Allah, I have a neighbour who does me harm.' He said, 'Go and take your things out into the road.' He took his things out into the road. People gathered around him and asked, 'What's the matter?' He replied, 'A neighbour of mine injures me and I mentioned it to the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. He told me, "Take your things out into the road."' They began to say, 'O Allah, curse him! O Allah, disgrace him!' When the man heard that, he came out to him and said, 'Go back to your home. By Allah, I will not harm you.'"

    [2] Full hadeeth:
Iyas bin 'Abdullah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
Messenger of Allah said, "Do not beat Allah's bondwomen." When 'Umar (May Allah be pleased with him) came to Messenger of Allah and complained saying: "The women have become very daring towards their husbands," He gave permission to beat them. Then many women went to the family of the Messenger of Allah (wives) complaining of their husbands, and he (the Prophet) said, "Many women have gone round Muhammad's family complaining of their husbands. Those who do so, that is, those who take to beating their wives, are not the best among you".

@Ibrahim Ibn Mahmud Bro Hajji in the video addresses his attitude. Did you watch it?
In your video he apologises publicly. For raw insults like mentioning being on drugs or pusillanimous.
But calling someone ignorant does not fall into that.
Bro Hajji called Dawahboy an Ikhwani as he was using the same rules as him... It showed Dawahboy's double standards. But of course you wouldnt show the context.

@Ibrahim Ibn Mahmud Did you watch this podcast where he addresses it ??
Your quote does not fit this situation btw. its not like Bro Hajji has only insulted him? yes, that isnt right and (again he's apologised) but Bro Hajji has filled his videos with references (full references, Imran was caught by Bro Hajji to only use parts of references (cant remember which video)).
And you;re defending Dawahboy? Are you going to make a video about him insulting others by calling them innovators, ikhwani, etc?? Or does that not fit your agenda?

    • @AlomM
      @AlomM 4 года назад

@Ibrahim Ibn Mahmud Lol first of all.. I've never met Bro Hajji for him to be my teacher. 2nd with your list of teachers is clear to see your ilk.
3rd - Bro Hajji gave evidences for everything he said. He also said he does not think muslim should rebel but you have to respect the difference of opinion. your teachers are now making videos about Bro Hajji mispronunciation instead of addressing the issue... do us a favour and tell them to drop their arrogance and just accept there is a legit difference of opinion.
4th - "Making a video on dawah man doing the same thing would be very hard, as I wouldn't have much content to work with" Are you serious? This guy has been making video for how long? It does not fit your agenda for you to make a video about dawahboy that is why you wont do it. You talk about Bro Hajji's attitude (which again he addressed AND I said is wrong above)... but Dawahboy literally has an attitude problem... he calls people innovators and Khariji without hesitation.
