BROWNSTEW JACKFRUIT RECIPE

Ingredients
2 Tablespoons Oil(I’m using Coconut Oil)
2 Can of Young Green Jackfruit
1 TSP Browning
2 TBSP All purpose Seasoning
1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper( Or use scotch bonnet pepper if you have on hand)
Salt and pepper to taste
4 Tablespoons Green Seasoning
1 Tomato
1 Medium Onion(Julienne or Diced)
4 sprigs of scallion (chopped)
4 sprigs of thyme
1/2 Tri- Color Sweet Pepper
4 pieces of Garlic ( crushed)
1 Teaspoon Fresh Ginger(crushed)
6 Allspice Berries(Pimento Seed)
Gravy
Aromatics used to season jackfruit
2 Tablespoons Green seasoning
1 Teaspoon Jerk Seasoning
1/4 Cup Ketchup
2 Tablespoons Winchester Sauce
2 Tablespoons Sweet Chili
1/2 Cup Water
