Har Amba = Harambee corruption of it and then picked up later on by Kikiuyus, difficult for some Muslims probably to accept it and they also chant it or use that ... As a Kenyan I would not regard Indians as Kenyans. Someone has already said that they use Kenya for convenience. For instance UK immigration record shows that there a lot of Kenyans living in Britain. But a close scrutiny reveals that its the Indians from Indian continent who were using Kenya passports to immigrate to UK. They rarely interact with rest of Kenyans. Infact the only place I have genuinely interacted with them is outside the Kenya.

Not sure about that. Harambee is Swahili. The Late Mzee Jomo Kenyatta used the expression very often.
Harambee is Swahili for " all pull together". It was used during the Mau Mau rebellion. Definitely NOT hindu word
