Holy shit dude! This is nuts! Glad you didn't come out with anything worse. But for a quick slab lesson, you can see the moment you let your back brake go and the rear wheel started to move again - you were right back in control. Then you locked that mother up again and you were heading towards painsville. Heal up and you'll love being back out there! (Unless you are already?)
I have an FS Kato essential, the fork got a warning sticker to not use it for anything too extreme like enduro, would probably be the first thing to upgrade, to a fox shock or of similiar quality, the frame is otherwise good stuff, just needs higher quality suspension for more serious riding.
Were you able to put an internally routed dropper post on it? I have an older 2017 Kato FS 5 and trying to figure out if it will take an internal dropper
I have the same bike as you. I added a fox dropper post and removed the 2x front and made it to a 1x. That gave me the ability to run the dropper cable internally. Looks clean! I even used the original red cable housing from the 2x front drivetrain for the dropper cable to retain some color.
Cool video...we have the 2020 version, (the Blonde lady on my channel is the one usually riding it, but nothing as crazy like you were riding in the video, although I might take it down Mt. Lemmon someday and see how it does)

Oh wow that's crazy. Hope the arm heal up nicely. Front brake is your friend when braking.
One of the best review I've seen out there. First person angle view.
Nice video dean, quality is getting a lot better!
