  • This is the sixth video in my new 'Back to Basics' series which aims to teach the basic design shapes in traditional flower arranging/floristry. In this video I teach you about the Hogarth Curve or Lazy 'S' and guide you step-by-step from start to finish.
    The 'Back to Basics' series is ideal for beginners looking to train as a florist or start a new hobby with arranging flowers. These tutorial videos are also suitable for intermediate arrangers looking to update their skills.

    A great tutorial! I wish I had found this the first time I tried this design, I found it hard to create. I like how you have showed the viewer what sort of foliage to use and how to start with the S shape first. I will try this again following this tutorial. I found it really easy to follow. Great design!
