- If something like that happened to you the only choice is to replace the LCD screen, waste of time trying to reset settings or factory reset, anyways the decisions are always yours.
If you still have stock screen apple will replace for free, that doesn't apply to this iPhone cause LCD was replaced, already.

Settings>>accessibility>>touch>>touch accommodations>>ignore repeat on- O.10 seconds and the problem solved partially :)))

How do I know if it's a software issue?
perhaps if you will replace the screen twice and you still will have a gost touch but before doing so it's better to try settings reset, don't forget to backup just in case.
i got ghost touch by charging and sometimes still while i am not plugged in, is it my charger? charging port? hardware or software issue? what should be the problem and how to solve it thanks!

Ghosting in June on my X, when emails were being sent about trade in allowances $899 so I was forced to get a new iPhone 13. You will not loose face id because that's a separate part responsible for that... Wich is dot projector if correctly swapped from old screen no problem s with face id ... Personally tested when was replacing the screen on my iPhone x for the first time..

If i replace the display, the gost touch disappear? I have green lines on screen sometimes, and if I active 4G, the screen becomes almost all black and and it's flashing...once I desable 4g, this dessapear. My guaantee expired so Apple assistence it's not helping me. Im confused because a lot of people said it's someting about software issue. I hope it's not! Others said because it feel out of my hand and it's an display problem. So what do you think? (btw I have an Xr if it helps you).
I personally troubleshoot this myself and highly doubt that this could be a software issue, most likely this is hardware, replacing the screen will help you, they, not expensive LCD will cost you around 39, oled about 80 bucks plus thats also not a bad idea to replace the battery.

No way to found out without taken apart and troubleshooting complete lcd screen itself or just replacing it with brand new one.

I replace my display after water damage and got ghost touch, i reset my phone but nothing happened. when I put the phone to charge it stops, but sometimes after a while when the phone is not on the charger the ghost touch stops and when I put it to charge it starts again... i dont know what to do

This sounds to me like logic board issue I will recommend to switch to lg stylo 4 as a temporary solution, but with your iPhone troubleshooting is required

I have the same exact issue. No ghost touches while the device is on charge. Otherwise can't use the phone it's that bad. How did you resolve your problem?

I think I dropped my phone at work really hard and started having ghost touch it’s only on the upper screen when I’m on hangout call cause of my class it switches and when I’m scrolling on insta or tiktok it goes all the way up and gotta touch the screen so it doesn’t go up

Yes it will work if no water damage and repair guy did everything correctly without been damaging face I'd components during LCD swapping procedure

I don't have any ghost touch anymore, please contact the seller you purchase the screen from and get a replacement! Before that try to do software reset, make sure you made backup, I personally highly doubt so that this is software issue , most likely hardware only!

No, because most of the refurbished screens are not good , but if you will be lucky you will purchase a good one.

I troubleshoot the problem more deeply and understood that maybe yes, if the battery is faulty it may overheat, if so it can affect digitizer and lcd components this might result in gost touch.

@@gavrilovas1 It only happens when my phone is charging and its temperature is getting high so i faced ghost touch issue otherwise I cannot face ghost touch issue my phone battery health is 76%
I’m probably going to replace my screen as well. I replaced it a while back because I cracked it and all of a sudden when the phone starts to warm up internally the ghost touch starts doing it’s thing.

Simply go to apple service centre they replace tha screen free of cost but condition is only for iphone x
