@@ElMago_LV It's done by taking a peak at the bottom card while putting the deck back in the box, then quickly placing it on top of the counted cards. In this case you noticed the card at the bottom of the deck was the 8 of Spades, then, after counting the 11 cards, you dropped it on top of them, this can be noticed at around 1:43.
Famous bicycle marked deck also slightly tapered 😅

you do take a break at the bottom card while counting till the 11th card, right? :-)
