Been a fan of sdn for years together but suddenly this popped up in list and God all did their jobs excellent but I couldn't take my eyes off the Lion!!!!! Such a strong balance in execution at mukkal mandi !!! How did she do it soooooo easy!!!!! Felt like hugging her on stage 🙏🙏🙏

Elaine Pepe it is killing a demon called Mahisasura by Goddesses Durga. Mahisasura is called as buffallo demon(head is of buffalo and body of demon). He asked for a boon from Lord Brahma(the creator of mankind and other creatures) that he shouldn't be killed by anyone(either by Gods or Humans or demons) and he forgot to ask that he shouldn't be killed by a woman(as he thought woman as inferior).Mahisasura with this boon began torturing the Gods so the Gods took Ma Durgas help and she killed Mahisasura with her Trishul(a weapon). This dance is based on Mother Durga killing Mahisasura.
The performance is so awesome all the artists and the teacher salute to them mam can you tell me who is the makeup artists who had the the makeup of all the performers ?😍😍😍🙏🙏

Sindhu Ravichandran I think it's not true because it's in Kali form when she kills that buffalo demon . This so different .
