How to make KARAAGE. BGM: Mus Mus 【Ingredients】 Chicken legs Garlic Ginger Egg Cabbage Lemon Soy sauce Sake(or beer or white wine) Flour Katakuriko(or cornstarch) Cooking oil
Thank you for watching! Today Im a little nervous because I tried to speak English for the most part. If there is a difficult place to hear, please let me know! Thank you for the support! I hope you enjoy this video☺️✨✨
I had to laugh at "I couldn't find ginger so I will use onion." In Japanese, "no ginger" is the same as "it can't be helped". So "shoga nai" is "shoga nai".
jrfraukar oh I never thought of that and yes ur right lol she was repeating “abunai” which means “dangerous” so her daughter was doing something dangerous :)
I love the raw-ness of your vlog. Really shows the real daily struggles of a mom. Thank you for sharing the recipe. Your English is good. Dont worry about it. You are doing well.
Love how u don’t edit out anything u show the real ilife of raising a 1year old and trying to cook a meal😂😂😂love ur channel and ur meals look delicious..💕😍
I know this is nothing related to cooking but can you do a video of your skin care routine and makeup routine ? Your skin is just so beautiful and flawless 🥰 also your videos are just amazing and sutan is so cute ✨love all the way from Philippines ❤️❤️😊
Im Japanese. Karrage is a very popular dish in Japan. If it is a Japanese restaurant It’s a menu at almost every restaurant,so l want everyone to come to Japan to come it. It's very delicious😋😋
@@rieinnn onigiri are so delicious! They sell them in the 7/11 stores in Japan for example and they are really tasty. But they have also added them to the stores here in Germany lately and they are also not bad either. So maybe you'll even be able to find a good onigiri version where you live :)
@@l8Frankalein I know right! Well, I haven't tasted one but they looked sooo good and tasty. Not to mention, I love rice! My sister has tried one but she bought it on a city (I forgot) and we live in the country side... 😔
imagine Sutan watching this when she's a teenager :') i hope she can smile lots when she watch how hardworking their parents are and especially her mom. Ganbatte Kimono Mom!!
when watching this, it made me feel my mom, how difficult she was when she had to cook while taking care of me when I was kids ... #I'm Sorry mom, I L♥️ve u
I just found your channel, and I'm so glad I did!! I currently have a 6 month old baby girl and it's hard to find time to cook. I love how simple this recipe is, and therefore easy to make with a little one! Usually with fried chicken you have to go back and forth between the flour and egg and make a big mess... I love how it's all done in a bag here. So much easier!
If you are worried about all the popping you can get a mesh cover for the pan. It also keeps the oil from splashing everywhere. Love this channel. I always wanted to know how to do karaage my friends at college that were exchange students used to make this for me and takoyaki too.
Love your vlogs with Sutan. You’re very relatable to moms like me. This is also me when I’m in the kitchen cooking. My baby is 22 months old so what he does is he goes to the kitchen & pulls me to get out of the kitchen so I can play & be around him. It’s cute but soo hard to get things done. Lol
I've just really started learning how to cook to help my mom out in the kitchen since she works. I tried this recipe and it was so good! My mom loved it! Definitely subscribing and trying out more of her recipes. Also, the adorable baby is a bonus XD
yay! karaage! this was so fun! i laughed SO hard at 4:39 when i saw sutan peeking out from the carrier because she wanted to be held but also wanted to watch Frozen.
@@markcraven8386 Oh I just assumed that it was the movie Frozen bc that's what the closed captions/subtitles seemed to say? even still sutans the cutest regardless of whether or not its actually frozen
@@kmaya1024 So far I have not moved to captions and practically everything except the English intro is a mystery to me. That alone should speak volumes to how addictive her videos are, I do not speak Japanese but I can not stop watching.
I can’t wait to try this recipe! I love the idea of keeping partially prepped chicken in the freezer. I no longer have children to cook for but I make my lunch every day because I work from home and this will be a exciting addition to my lunches I also echo other people sentiment in congratulating you for showing the realities of taking care of a small child. Your daughter is adorable and so are you!
This multitasking mum remember my 1st year at university, with a 6 months old baby on one arm and doing algebra exercises with the other 😅. It bonds the children to us. 😍
What you find not difficult may not be that easy for other people. I've been practicing for the past 15 years, still couldn't get it right. Not everyone is the same.
Depends also on quality of eggs, as that does influence shells. Older eggs, washed eggs can have a inner layer of something that hold its together more and prevents one line crack and instead cracks like a cobweb.
Don't worry about your English, dear... It's absolutely understandable. You are cooking, taking care of a baby, making videos and teaching us! You're a fighter!!! Love you and Sutan-chan! 😘
Moe! Arigato! For the English! You speak very well. Sultan keeps you on your toes! I heard ‘abunai’, in Hawaii I hear that often among my Japanese friends!
You remind me the wonderful time with my mom when I was small, my mom taught me a lot how to cook and now I do cook well👩🏻🍳 it is a great blessing to your beloved daughter
I made your recipe, Moe! It was great, and I am definitely going to make it again. Thanks for showing me such a simple and easy to make recipe for karaage!
I just made this because I saw this video and it seemed so simple. It was super easy and super delicious!!! I can’t believe how juicy it was and so flavorful. I’m gonna be making this a lot from now on 💖
As someone new to cooking, I always see people make a huge mess with different dishes for the eggs and flower etc. The mess can be discouraging. Overall I love the simple way you made fried chicken . Thank you so much. 💕

1. They teach me how to cook basic Japanese cuisine, and
2. Sutan is there

Love how you show the reality of caring for a young child.
I make 1k ayeeee
Right...?
Everyone shows the cute part... But now I realize how much work it takes
Yep. As a parent I can confirm most if not all tasks are interrupted by children. Especially when they are small😂
Agree ! I can relate 😆
she is a beautiful amazing woman. manages everything with such class and dignity.

The reason for putting Sake is to remove the smell of meat. If you cannot use alcohol, please add more ginger.
This is a good tip, thank you! I can't eat alcohol due to religious reason, I'll add ginger instead
Thank you so much for this tip
Lemon juice is also good to remove the smell
how toughful of you ! i was wondering what to use instead of alcohol since it's forbidden in my religion , thanks for taking notice =)
Thank you so much!! I’m Muslim so I couldnt do it
