Several years ago, I made my first visit to Japan. During part of my trip, I stayed with a friend who lived in Hamamatsu. One night, we went to Shizuoka for the Fukuroi Enshu fireworks festival. It was my first time attending a Japanese summer festival. I didn't even know anything about them. (These days I watch a lot of anime, so now I know how common they are.) My friend even lent me yukata so I could be dressed properly. I had okonomiyaki for the first time that night. It was really good! And the fireworks were so big and close! It's different from most fireworks displays in the US. It was also a very crowded event, and the trip home involved waiting in a long line to get on one of the trains, and the trains were packed to standing room capacity. I hadn't experienced anything like that before. So it was a night of all kinds of first-time memories, but the okonomiyaki was definitely one of my favorite parts.
adorable?.... that's terrible. That kid have no manners at all. After 3 times we do it, we don't see our toy for one week. She's a servant more than a mom.

You are the best mom I have ever seen. Of course, everyone loves their child. But I've never seen any mom actually so kind to their kid on a day-to-day basis. Parent life in Tokyo is hard. You're really an inspiration to me. Thank you.
With babies is natural, when I was babysitting two children (one little girl and the little brother who was a baby) I always did these kind of things☺️it just comes natural and we weren't even relate, so imagine how strong it has to be for a parent!
I've always wanted to learn how to make this, I love how you show how to make different versions of your dishes for babies, vegetarians and non-Japanese, it really helps! Edit: Seeing Sutan bow while sharing her snacks with you, and learning new words was UNBEARABLY cute.
Brian vegetarians don’t think that way, for them the idea of consuming meat is not appetising. If you visit India and see the amount of delicious vegetarian dishes you wouldn’t even miss meat .
Thank you, Moe and Sutan! Moe, I love how you include Sutan's (child proportional meal) recipe in your videos. That's so helpful for mothers searching for easy multicultural recipes to include as well as introduce their children to at an early age. Many thanks to you! ❤
