as a brit, I approve love the country twist to what we consider a country dish! slap those taters on top it's the best way to get even coverage and crisp! great food, great video and even greater channel!
Thank you so much. Means alot. I was afraid I would step on some toes by calling this a Shepherd's Pie. But I just couldn't pass on the recipe when I came up with it. Delicious is an understatement. I will have to make a traditional Shepherd's Pie soon though for comparison. Got some lamb headed this way now. Appreciate you. Have a great week.
@@MojoBarbeque hey the only reason we don’t use this recipe is due to our lack of bbq/smoker weather! It’s an honour knowing our dishes are being made/remade across the ponds!
Now that is a great looking pie makes me want some now. I was thinking about another of your videos I commented on about upping your presentation game and when the wife started with the fancy dollops I thought yep he sure is. Then, the bag broke and I busted up laughing and thinking well you can always try to improve but we still just some good ol country boys lol. Love all you do
I think I used up all my fancy during my Instagram years. I need to get back to plating a little better. Believe it or not, we use to have a cake business on the side. Couldn't tell by our bag fail though.
Funny, one of the doctors I work with just gave me a shepherds pie recipe and now you come out with this video lol!!! Guess that means I have to do this!! I like your version lol!! Great video brother!!!
Thank you Mr Eric. I hate to toot my own horn but this pie was phenomenal. All the girls in my house gobbled it up. Hopefully your bunch will enjoy it as much. Always appreciate you for hanging around.
I wonder if we can start a petition to make “Piggie Pie” a part of the new Thanksgiving pie spread. Apple, Pumpkin, and Piggy…seems like the dream grouping to me! Great video Mr. Mojo
Haven't heard from you in a while. Welcome back. I start with mushrooms just to cook a little more moisture out of them. I'm sure you could throw it all in at once and it would be fine. Appreciate you
Normally the mushrooms turn to mush pretty quick. Onions take a little longer to cook down. Guess it all depends on how you like the texture of the veggies. Just curious if you had a different reason.
Sir I would crush that. Man that looked delicious. By the way finally got me some of that mojo bbq rub. Hats off to you brother that is a mighty fine rub. We definitely enjoyed it and all the great honest videos you put out.
Thank you for giving it a shot and I am glad you are enjoying it. A big thanks for always coming back and watching my videos. I'm glad that I haven't run you off yet.😁😁 Have a great week my friend.

Wow what a great idea for pulled pork!!! Thanks!!!
I can honestly say this was a big hit at the house. This is in top of the leftover pulled pork recipe list.
That looks beautiful

I think we all need an invitation to a Piggy Pie party. That looks awesome!
Thank you Rob. I pretty much have an open invite around here. Come on
@@MojoBarbeque Thank you! That is awesome.
That Big D’s sauce is great! More folks need to hear about that one!
Yes it is. Mr Danny (aka Big D) is the one that introduced me to the BBQ comp world. Awesome cook and an even better human.

What a piece of meat, perfect! Nice video!
Thank you.
When mojo start bouncing and dancing you know he’s the recipe 🤘🏾🤘🏾💪🏾💪🏾👍🏽👍🏽🔥🔥
If I had a little rhythm in my soul I would have gave you break dance moves on this one. Dang tasty I must say.
Looks awesome Jay, love the wifes blooper left in the video!
We had all intentions of making this a fancy pie. Note to self, piping hot taters will stretch out a cheap zip top bag.
Looks delicious! Another good use for extra pork.
Thanks Wes. This was one of my best leftover dishes for sure. Maybe I should make a leftover series.
Nice video new friends sending full support 🙏🙏🙏♥️♥️♥️
Thank you and Thank you. Means alot. Have a great evening.
Another great recipe Jay. This will now be my go to Shepherd Pie. Maybe even use smoked Brisket?
It was awesome and brisket would be legit. Maybe use a steak sauce instead of bbq sauce. You mag be on to something.
@@MojoBarbeque Steak Sauce is very intriguing. That's why you are the best.
Man that looks good Jay!
Thank you Don. It didn't last long.
Dad gum buddy! That looks good!
Thanks brother. I impressed myself a little with this one
Dang, that piggy pie is some good eatin! Awesome recipe Jay! It wouldn’t be Mojo without that little dance! On the list of cooks! Cheers brother!
Thank you Jay. I really enjoyed this meal. Something a lite different for me that surprisingly turned out great.
