At the moment there are no known postal restrictions to parcels shipping from Russia to US. It might take a while to ship, but it's completely legal and within all the regulatory affairs.
There are, however, some restrictions on US side. For example, Fedex, UPS and DHL have suspended deliveries to Russia, Belarus and Ukraine. And the only option remaining for shipping to these countries is USPS. I guess it means that BCK minis will be shipped via USPS when they cross the international border.
