What an amazing gamer, podcaster, professional and person Nick is. Please keep coming back! This episode (sound issues apart) was great but Nick lifted it to a whole new level.
I’ve been trying to understand what it is about gamescoop that makes it by far the strongest podcast on IGN. Strongest in the sense that it’s the most engaging. It really feels like everyone on the panel is an actual friend. There’s a relaxed nature to the conversation that allows it to flow effortlessly. Scoop has managed to maintain what podcasts used to be like in their earliest days. All the others just feel so corporate and restrained by comparison; as though the panelists are either performing, or stiff, like they’re afraid to say the wrong thing. It’s an inauthenticity that can be clearly felt. Kudos to you Daemon for consistently curating an excellent group of people for interesting discussion, and bringing out each persons true authentic self. It’s a hard thing to do. Don’t change! Scoop!
Absolutely loving Mirage, as an AC 1 enthusiast this game is hitting perfectly for me. Hope they continue to make them like this and just make it better and better.
I actually loved AC: Origins and got the platinum for it and Valhalla but I'm eager to receive my copy of Mirage and go back to a shorter, more concise and more stealthy game like the old ones. One of the few things that sadden me about AC is I wish Ubisoft improved the visual fidelity and illumination like with Unity, that game was georgeous
Honestly Valhalla and Black Flag were my favorite. Not because of the Assassins Creed part but the roleplaying of being a Viking and a Pirate respectively.
Proper game expansions are great for a game that you really enjoy. I’m some cases they can make some really great expansions like Shivering Isles for Oblivion or Blood and Wine for The Witcher. Some may even say that they surpass the original content in some ways.
A note for the editor: two of the needle drops REALLY jump scared me this episode. I'm in the car and it seems like the volume was way louder for the music than the level of the conversation.
Justin "won't share sales data", but his job was predicated on announcing just how popular and well any given game/console/game maker merch has sold....makes you wonder if he is a little upset that those sales numbers are no longer readily accessible as in years past. No hate, just an observation.
People like that Netflix Castlevania show? The poor animation, poor pacing, and boring story turned me off. Also, not an anime series, it's an American production. Don't fall for Netflix's lies.
Audio seems a bit off, maybe on my end
yea its like lo-fi / muffled
It’s not just you!
Hearing it too.
Same here
Yup, here too

Great episode! But why'd you have to kill the audio on export?
Honestly Valhalla and Black Flag were my favorite. Not because of the Assassins Creed part but the roleplaying of being a Viking and a Pirate respectively.
The audio quality for this reminds me of when I’d download songs from Napster….I mean, when my friend did
Game Scoop: AM Radio Edition
the "greg miller curse" like that wasn't the result of him screaming like a buffoon on the podcast for like 10 years straight.
Nick was thinking of Bug Riders: The Race of Kings for Playstation 1
Daemon : Welcome to IGN Gamescoop
Justin: Scoop!
Nick: I'm back baby!
Mark: I'm here Daemon.
Brotato and Halls of Torment are absolutely the cream of the bullet heaven genre. Glad they were mentioned first.
The music before these are so amazing. This one and the rygar one.
Scoop! Hurry back Sam! In the meantime it’s to see Nick and Mark back again. Nicely job!!
I really love seeing Nick and Mark, but love Sam too . They got a great crew .

Haven’t finished whole episode yet but has anyone got this Justin List of games he compiled 👀
I’m here, Daemon.
Nocturne. Felt like half a season to me. It just ended
20 questions is the best.
what’s the out music?
Mark is very enthused to be mandated to play Alan Wake remastered.
no no no... "garlic likes" are called "Swarm Survivals"
In what world is the selected 20Q game NOT definitively a sports game?
Justin you might like halocure. Its the halolive garlic-light
halocure is great
Ezio remaster would be amazing. Or just starting a new trilogy around one characters arch in old stealth parkour style that are shorter games
They’ve already remastered the Ezio games for PS4 & Xbox one
Sound like a low bitrate stream
Scoop!. Played syndicate and Odyssey only.
100% a sports game.
Audio is off this week 😢
Castlevenia nocture is great
Thank you

Sewer Shark FTW! 🐀
final fantasy XI online had an "expansion," and that was a PS2 game.
Scoop!
Can't believe no-one said to Nick at the end: "and when we say on the fly we don't mean an actual fly"
LO-FI SCOOP!
Beetle Bug Racing

Wait which Castlevania one are you talking about the old one or the newest one?
The old castlevania was sick!
@@murup4R4 right!!!! The first episode was crazy!!!!
Old castlevania was awesome... Nocturne just isn't doing it for me
Castlevania was great. Who cares what country it was made in. Anime elitists are the worst
Scoop! 💜 Great episode, nice to see Mark here.
