What a great 20 questions. It looked like everyone was having fun, and it was a great game choice for the given crew. Nice to see Seth on show and be able to use his 1980's dungeon basement as a resource.
Sam’s low chair makes him look like Mario before the mushroom upgrade compared to everyone else on set

One of my favorite 20 questions segments ever.
Even scoop crew didn't know that Fables gameplay was actual gameplay.
Dont ever doubt the ability of Playground Games.
Even if that was "gameplay" there was no HUD, no way of identifying that as gameplay. It was more like "in engine stuff".
@@Kmaitland89 it literally made sure to say "in-game footage" at the start, and devs after have been saying it is in game footage. this isn't the first time a trailer disables hud.
@NSM In-game footage is still not gameplay. Cutscenes are in game footage. They know what they are doing. They are plenty capable of putting gameplay as a label. It's too soon to get excited about what little they showed. Skepticism is healthy.
Calling it gameplay is pretty generous
@@R17759 Just because you could differentiate between the cutscenes and gameplay does not mean it was not there. The battle with the giant was gameplay.

Since it did, what is the gameplay? How do you think the game plays from what you observed?
@Da Face the snippet of the "hero" taking the guy to the ground, followed by launching a fireball. The other gameplay looks like dodging the giant. It looks to me it will be a 3rd person over-the-shoulder game.
Hardly. This will have people crying about a downgrade by the time it comes out.

Starfield is the most promising game for the rest of 2023
Final Fantasy XVI is that for me.

FF16 and Lies of P are also very promising, along with Starfield.

5:53 Couldn’t disagree more lmao, almost every popular sci fi game has intelligent aliens in them, I’m happy with Bethesda doing a first contact story for once, they could’ve made Star Wars or Mass Effect 2.0 if they wanted.
How are IGN so il-informed for a news company. "We didnt get any gameplay of Fable". It literally said "In game" on the trailer and later confirmed to have been captured on the Series X.
Sometimes people just misspeak or misremember. It is not scripted.
