Harden really carried his team on Houston, made them score easily and almost had chances for ring. What an amazing career. I will always be a fan of him.
Single handedly moved the scoring up to the next level. No matter rings, current form or whatever, his best season shaped NBA and that will always count. TOP 5 SG ( PG ) of all time for sure for me.

David Musser Harden is a better facilitator than Russ. He has better court vision and better passer. Russ would be much more deadlier if he is put in a role where he can just focus purely on attack mode

Liking before even watching this, because Joseph Vincent is just that damn good!
probably my favourite player of the modern era. dude is not only a dynamite player, but is a real character off the court as well. he's like the perfect mix, he seems very humble and less aggressive and mouthy than players from the previous eras. Where as players like "The Glove" thrived in the old NBA, players like "The Beard" thrive in the new NBA, you can't chat shit or gets hands on now, it's all about handles and iso pull up's to create your own shot. You combine that with probably the best set of skills when it comes to team facilitation, you have the current best player in the NBA.
Not to mention the dude is a total work horse who doesn't miss games, and can totally carry teams on his back.
Nets are exciting right now, and I hope it works out for the guy, as he deserves a championship, he just needs the right set up. I think when KD and Griffin get back into the game, and they can really start to work shit out, then we will know. It's too early now to know for sure. He's definitely working well as a shot caller and a second half dominator for the nets though.
When you realize Harden had more assists than Westbrook. Even though he is a shooting guard and Westbrook is a "point guard"

KD and Harden back together now though, with Kyrie instead of Westbrook. and now they've added Griffin to the mix. According to Nash, Griffin is being used differently to how he has been used in the past though, and less of an offensive player. He's going to be a defensive player that takes 3 pointers. He's being developed with the new game in mind. I think maybe as his age has effected the way he used to play, they're rebuilding him.
Nash knows what he's doing though. Excited to see what this team is like when it's all ready to go.

Westbrook averaged a Triple Double, but those 2 rebounds he has more than Harden don't compensate for the fact that he doesn't make his teammates better like Harden does, isn't as efficent as Harden and only took his team to 6th seed in the West compared to the Rockets 3rd seed. Harden should win the MVP. When Curry got his first they said that the wins matter and now that Harden is getting more wins people are trying to tell him that having 2 rebounds more as a PG will get Westbrook the MVP even though Harden made his team get more wins? That would be hypocrisy and robbery. Harden should get the MVP, everything else would just be BS.
